Facilities: complete, smart, TV cannot be cast
Hygiene: Very clean, no smell in the room
Environment: Clean and atmospheric, the laundry room is a bit small

房間整體環境及設施還可以 就是遺憾的是住進了靠馬路的房間 夜裡還是會有點吵 早餐服務員很熱情 推薦的炸桑葉味道酥酥脆脆的 不錯！可以的話 下次再入住 幫我調到不靠馬路的房間額

房間乾淨整潔，樓下就是地鐵口，十分方便，早餐算不上豐盛但是品質可以，現磨咖啡好喝。工作人員服務態度都很好，機器人送外賣上樓，有特色。

酒店交通很方便，出門十步不到就是地鐵站，到蘇州北站坐地鐵20分鐘，蘇州站應該更近一點，周邊有萬達和其他商場，外賣品種比較豐富

房間寬敞，採光較好，衞生和設施都可以，地段好，離2號線地鐵口衹有幾步路，周邊餐飲眾多，對面萬達廣場，離火車站也很近，到景點很方便，早餐簡單能吃飽，整體還不錯，會推薦。

本來是看着好評訂的，實際入住後懷疑好評都是刷出來的！！！
首先酒店地理位置很好，地鐵站一出來就是，但是酒店的配置完全夠不着四星的標準。房間裏煙味極大！明明沒有人住為什麼會有那麼大的煙味？通風了半個小時才散去。其次，隔音效果奇差無比，樓上走路的聲音，過道里走路説話的聲音，以及隔壁房間洗澡稍大聲説話的聲音可以聽的一清二楚！！！睡眠淺的不建議住這裏，會瘋！
