還蠻無語的，房間基礎設施一點也不全，Wi-Fi驅蚊器都沒有，去前台要驅蚊器前台還非常篤定的説不可能沒有，然後態度很差的説一會送上去。一進屋撲面而來的異味，也説不清是什麼。洗手間的淋浴水温調一次等五分鐘温度才會發生變化。大半夜不知道從空調裏面垂出來什麼東西（下圖）一閃一閃的紅光，光很強很影響休息。停車場轟人一絕，服務態度不好。酒店裡好像大**一樣七扭八歪。不會再入住也不會推薦。

地理位置不錯，酒店房間看樣子剛翻新過，環境還不錯，離火車站，拙政園，博物館，平江路都挺近的，要是過來旅遊的朋友酒店裡還有園林景點打折門票代售。

跟老婆來拙政園逛，攜程上搜了附近的酒店，感覺這家不錯、性價比很高、有地下大型停車、解決了市區停車難的問題、隔壁就是飯店、吃飯也方便！

不錯，停車場還是地下停車場，離景點都挺近，還有給孩子玩的遊樂設施，房間前台小姐姐貼心的給升級了，房間內有礦泉水免費的，不錯的出行體驗。

酒店很好找、前台小哥很熱情。房間乾淨整潔，周邊環境也很好，酒店對面是一片老城牆非常有感覺。有機會的話、還會再來，也會推薦給朋友！（免費停車場很方便）

提前打電話，可以預留車位，不然周邊沒地方停車，距離園林都很近，打的去前觀街也衹要十幾塊錢，距離很近，

酒店服務不錯的，卻了個充電線借用了一會兒。另外熱水供應也很充足！具體獅子林也不遠，早起過去還能看看日出🌄

一晚上就睡了四個小時！隔音奇差！床有凹陷，睡得很難受，空調是壞的，我真是服了，沒訂過這麼差的酒店！！！！！！半夜房間裏時不時的轟隆轟隆響，也不知道是啥😓直接睡成了熊貓眼。今天週六本來是要來蘇州玩的，現在直接去了另一家酒店補覺，服了！！！！！環境也不好，衞生也不好，這家酒店沒有一點優點。
