Located at 观前街。 Very accessible to variety of food. Although stayed there only for a day. But overall stay is awesome. Minor hiccup during check in. The hotel requested to take photocopy of our passport. Understandable. But even ask for our NRIC (Identification Card) to make a photocopy of it. That is something I don’t understand. If anyone can clear my doubt.
Last but not least. Delicious and affordable 馄饨 nearby. Ate for both Breakfast and Dinner. 👍🏻

The hotel is snuggled nicely in the busy part of the town called gusu district.
Outside may not be appealing, but the rooms are nicely decorated and room facilities are great. Sandals are cute and comfy. Providing unlimited bottled water and bottled oolong tea . They also offer free laundry service.
The front desk staff are very efficient , friendly and willing to help beyond their responsibilities.
Moreover, the car team offers free drive to the Suzhou museum. Mr. Zhang, their team leader, is the best source of local sightseeing surrounding the hotel and beyond.
Overall, Man Xin will be my regular hotel each time i visit Suzhou. Paying a 3* hotel with a service of a 5*.

Good location and front desk staffs are very nice and polite. They also let us know the walking streets around and provide some recommendations. Will stay again if visiting Suzhou.

Rooms are practical and cover all wishes . The shower is big and has rain shower options. The bed is comfortable and not to soft. All arriving many and nice restaurants.

Very good hotel facility and hospitality. I was impressed by the high tech room facility. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly!
The hotel location is also very convenient and close to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in Suzhou.
The day tour service offered at the hotel front desk was also highly recommended. Reasonably priced and great service.
