The overall stay experience is very good, the room facilities are also good, there is a slide and koi pond in the courtyard, and the housekeeper Xiaofeng is warm and thoughtful. Next time I come here, I will choose this hotel without hesitation!

1) Pet-friendly hotels with extra charges. I had written in advance that I would bring my pet but found out that I had to pay an extra 200 cleaning fee. When choosing a hotel, be sure to check whether there are any additional charges! 2) The bathtub in the room was not usable and the mattress was dirty. You must check everything when you check in (the mattress was found to be dirty when changing the sheets), and then it was a technical master who came to change the sheets at night, and asked us to help with the work. I can understand that the master is not a hotel waiter and kept being embarrassed with us, but the experience was very bad. 3) Shuttle bus at the hotel entrance. I thought the hotel had a shuttle bus, but when we asked them if we were going to Jinji Lake Hotel, they said the distance was too far. We later found out it was only 3.8km after we took a taxi. After we told the hotel, they said they would take us there (it turned out the driver was not at work). 4) When the hotel found out that we were not satisfied with the 200 extra cleaning fee, they said they could refund it to us, which seemed pretty good to us. The way they handled it was that I then contacted Ctrip to cancel (writing that the itinerary had changed), and then made money privately. I really cannot understand this way of handling things. I can only say that the good impression I had at the beginning was completely ruined. I was planning to bring my family here for the next concert, but it turned out to be such an unreliable hotel.
