The hotel is just north of Suzhou Station, and you can walk through the underground pass to get there. I had a windowless room, but with the high ceilings and light decor I barely noticed the lack of natural light. The breakfast buffet was big and the selections changed a bit each day. There are several small convenience stores on the same block, plus a Luck in Coffee. One block over has a lot of small eateries that seemed to be open all night

The room was extremely warm, 30 min after setting the AC at 18C the room temperture only dropped to 25C. Was reported the hotel reception. Rather than fixing the issue they sent a fan to the room. How can the fan bring down the room temperature. The same was reported to Trip.com. After repeated efforts and several trips to the hotel reception around 9pm they change my room

Hotel location is perfect with subway station and railway station all within a building next block. Very easy to go anywhere within the city. The room is spacious and clean. Bathroom is spacious too, the best room we stayed this trip. Highly recommended.

Booked this hotel due to typhoon, train was cancelled. This hotel is near the train station, walkable distance. Overall, very spacious. No comment, as i only stayed there for 6hours to sleep.

bit of hiccups during check in but overall was good, good location which is like linked to train station. front desk staff was helpful. booked 3 rooms but unable to put us together, decent business room without fridge which needed for family traveller :-)

Good hotel. But cold and air conditioning not working well. Asked to fix, but not good solution. I recommend the hotel anyway.

Been woken up in the middle of the night by a man bashing to my door. Went to the front desk to complain and they didn't even apologize, not to mention just ignored the incident. No discount, no free breakfast after that. Whatever. Bad experience. 👎
