It is very nice hotel. The food on breakfast was very delicious. European food taste exactly the same way as in Europe! People working there were very helpful and very nice. Localisation is great!

A family of 4 (with young children) stayed in the family room 亲子房。The room was big and spacious, with ample play space for the children. Room floor cleanliness was slightly dusty and can be improved. Hotel facilities and amenities were adequate (self-service laundry room available). Breakfast was decent. The main attraction point was the internal garden in the hotel that offers a peaceful serenity at night. Located 5 minutes near a bus stop, 10 minutes walk to nearing famous Pin Jiang street, about 20 minutes walk to the Humble Garden and metro station (not an issue as ride hailing was preferred).

Hotel is beautiful and the scenery around it is super pretty too. There is a talking mynah in the garden too!

Enjoy our 2 nights stay at Pingjiangfu. Will definitely come back again if we revisit Suzhou. Pingjiangfu location is superb. Only 100m or 5 min walk to the entrance of Pingjiang Road. Walking distance around 15-20 min to Lion Grove Garden (Shizilin), Humble Administrator's Garden and Suzhou Museum. Trip.com Stay Voucher for Pingjiangfu is worth every penny.

Good location, which is very close to pingjiang river view. And hotel have excellent room. My wife and I enjoy the stays.

Amazing hotel! Fans of Chinese traditional architecture, garden and ambience will simply love it! Big highlights : the interior pool with golden fishes, some tables paper and brush to do calligraphy, authentic old furnitures and art, and important: they have a free tai chi 太极 lesson on the morning! The only hotel I know providing this! The teacher is super nice and his moves are impressive! I recommend a try! (Just let the hotel know one day before)

The hotel is amazing and very clean. The staff especially the receptionist is very helpful. He is very cute too. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to the visitors and holiday goers in Suzhou.
Lastly, I love the ambiance of the hotel. It has Chinese architecture which makes your stay extra special and i will not forgot their delicious breakfast too.
