酒店很滿意，淡季兩百出頭的價格含早，設施服務和衞生都OK，可以休息好。位置很不錯，在觀前街北邊一個街道，鬧中取靜打車出行也方便。步行往南去觀前街和琵琶語評彈館3-5分鐘。往北步行十分鐘之內有東吳麪館，小圓樓，楊招娣，潘玉麟等網紅餐飲。總之這邊吃的選擇太多了

住宿過程沒有問題，但有一件非常匪夷所思的事情，入住時前台竟然借辦理早餐為由在他們設備上登錄我的攜程賬號，索要登錄驗證碼，而後在退房時未經我手自動點評，且點評內容我本人看不見、並幾天後顯示內容違規被屏蔽。事後向攜程客服詢問，調查幾天才發現其中緣由，你們前台擅自登我賬號刷好評，導致我訊息安全和賬號受損，且從系統直接自動屏蔽來看你們也很熟練不止一次這麼幹，如有需要我也會向當地市場監管部門反映處理。

房間很大，但是進門是下沉式的，需要大家小心，地理位置非常好，就在觀前街邊上，附近吃的很多，可能因為過年時間，外賣需要自己下樓拿。電視機可以接自己帶來的switch遊戲機，前台非常友好和耐心，我們提出兩間房想要在同一樓層，前台也幫我們滿足了

服務很好，有求必應，房間也很乾凈，家庭房很適合帶大一點小朋友的家庭，退房本來是申請延遲到2點，沒想到過年期間的蘇州這麼堵，回去退房的路上看到時間快來不及了趕緊給前台打了個電話，二話不説延到3點，離觀前街平山路都很近，去哪裡都方便

非常滿意哦，服務很周到，熱情，還給我們免費升級早餐券，我們每次出行基本選擇的是漢庭，乾淨、衞生、服務好，裝修小園林風格，本次入住地段很安靜，樓下吃東西方便，蘇州高鐵站過來非常方便，出門就是地鐵口，蘇州的交通很方便的，離各個景點近，進入大堂有熱咖啡及熱水非常有温度的服，給蘇州點贊👍
