Standard service as expected from a mid range hotel. Everything was as described. We just needed a place to sleep as we had a night out and the room and service served it’s purpose.

蘇州園区の日本人街にあり至極便利。
部屋は古いが清潔に保たれたいて、必要充分。
周辺のホテルと比べれば、コストパフォーマンスは優れていると思います。
レイトチェックアウトを適用してもらったので、
とてもゆっくり過ごせました。
次回も機会があれば利用したい。

前台服務很好問哪裡都知道 還給我規劃旅遊路線 👍🏻，衞生還不錯就是馬桶圈有點用臟痕跡了沒有一次性馬桶墊，地理位置還是很好的邊上地鐵站去哪都方便 樓下是日料街走遠一點有個星海廣場吃的就挺多的。但是酒店台盆的這個下水 居然在水龍頭後面有點打破常識了。

因為我們是倉促間訂的房間，結果到了酒店，酒店看我們三個人還免費把標準大床房升級為大的商務房，太感謝了。房間很清爽乾淨，滿足使用功能。前台工作人員也很有耐心。酒店的服務人員上樓送東西服務很贊，可可愛愛的酒店服務人，幹事麻利精準，十分點贊感受了酒店的早餐，食品品種還是可以的，該有的可以吃飽的早餐都很齊全，選擇餘地很大。最貼心的還有入住回訪服務，免去了很多後顧之憂。 酒店的交通也值得一提，離金雞湖和蘇州中心2分鐘路程，離地鐵1號線星海廣場站也在6-8分鐘左右，出行還是十分方便的。總之是一次很滿意的入住體驗，好評！

因為酒店位置才選擇該酒店。
早上起床洗漱碰到全是糟糕透頂的事！完全是從未有過的極差體驗！
1.上了廁所，馬桶堵死了！水根本就下不去，同住人再想上廁所根本無法使用。
2.脱了衣服洗澡，連續放水至少10分鐘，水特別燙，無法將水温調合適的温度。
3.手持淋浴噴頭螺紋無法擰緊，也無法使用。
4，來了服務員衹能是把馬桶疏通，説是反應另外來人調好水温及噴頭，直至我離開酒店也未有人進房處理。
5，早餐品種和質量都很一般。
最終：1.同住人衹能是出去找地方上廁所，無法洗 澡。
2.本人脱了衣服因為水温問題無法洗澡衹能重新穿上，帶着汗味去見客户，嚴重影響個人白天活動。

這是我住過的最差酒店，沒有之一。房間裏馬桶都沒清潔乾淨，裏面有屎，外面有泥。廁紙衹給一丟丟，我拉肚都不夠用。房間內衞生不好，我訂的最貴的套房樓層位置也不好，樓下就是停車街道，車來車往特別吵。睡到半夜一個醉漢咣咣砸門，問誰也不説，就是砸門。叫酒店保安來都趕不走，最後報了 110 才趕走，就問你怕不怕？最奇葩的是早餐，麪條居然要求我自己煮，那煮麪機器我又不會用，一個服務員老太太來開了火，我下好麪就去取其他食物了，煮麪器沒人看管開水溢出來還賴我？早餐樣式少的可憐。絕對不會再去第二次。整體服務體驗打負分！圖片真沒拍。但所言句句屬實。

房間很差，第一次住這個情況的維也納，房間很小，根本達不到標定的面積，洗手盆下面排水的居然是壞的，按不動….電視也是壞的….房間一張床一個桌子再剩一點點空間可供活動，因為衹住一天，所以沒找過前台，但心情絕對好不起來
