Dhaka Hotels with Pools

Facilities: The facilities are very complete. Hygiene: The hygiene is pretty good, acceptable. Environment: The environment is nice, there's a swimming pool inside. Service: The service is very patient, I really like it. The people here are all nice too. I'll come back here again next time I visit friends.

Everything was great. The hotel is lovely. I especially appreciated its proximity to the airport. I had an issue with a street taxi driver; he approached me, took me to the wrong place, took my money, and sped off. My advice: only arrive by car and order through the Uber app.

The room was spacious, and the overall facilities were quite good, including a gym and swimming pool. The breakfast was also reasonably plentiful. The service was very attentive, and the height was excellent, making for a very good experience.

Everything is good and I become a IHG member since staying here. But this time, so sad that I couldn't get membership points because I booked through third parties (Trip.com). It would be great if management can consider to let member earn some membership points even booked through third parties.

Terrible Services they provided. Really not worth of staying. We couple staying there newly married as we mentioned and keep telling them, but they not providing us any extra complimentary cakes or anything for this. So poor service as well

During Ramadan period, the menu of breakfast is not buffet but a la cart within limited selection. I wanted to enjoy more variety of local food，but, no choice. Airport pick up service and airport transfer service are very good.

The location and value for money are great, breakfast is delicious, service is good, and it's clean – I have no complaints about the hotel itself. However, there's one major issue. Every night, there's loud partying at the bar on the 15th floor, which is a real problem. On the higher floors, the booming noise continues until around 3 AM, which is simply unacceptable. Even outside the hotel, despite being an Islamic country, drunk people are loudly making noise in the streets late at night... How can the hotel allow this to happen?

Extremely disappointed with the airport transfer service—completely unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Despite prior arrangements, I was left stranded at the airport for 30 minutes, as the hotel’s representative was waiting at the international terminal, even though I arrived via domestic. There was zero coordination and no communication from their side. I expected better from a so-called 5-star hotel. To make matters worse, they charged USD 90 for a simple 20-minute ride—an outrageous fee for a service that wasn’t even properly executed. No apology, no accountability, just an overpriced mess. That said, the rooms and amenities are commendable—clean, comfortable, and up to luxury standards. But service like this seriously undercuts the overall experience. Westin Dhaka, you can and should do much better.

Staff is friendly, location is very good, clean and good rooms, good water-flow in showers, overall pleasant experience

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport. The garden, swimming pool, and other outdoor areas are well maintained, making it nice for a walk, and the playground is great for kids—perfect for family travelers. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. However, some of the facilities felt a bit outdated, and there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, but I did see a cockroach in the breakfast area, which was disappointing. Overall, I understand that this is considered a good hotel by Bangladeshi standards, but from an international traveler's perspective, it's not quite perfect.
