The Hotel offers a unique experience. The pool is beautiful and perfect for relaxing. The beds are comfortable. Service is friendly and helpful. If you want a unique getaway, stay at this hidden gem in Bacalar.

Overall, the hotel was nice and clean. Plus, the service stuff was friendly and open to any questions. The building is brand new, but our room lacked some functionality. Our suggestion would be to add some chairs, so people could put their bags, clothes, or use them on the balcony or with small table built in the wall. More hangers on the wall or a drying rack on the balcony would help, as we had no idea where to dry our towels and swimming suits. Also, having hair dryer would be nice, especially after days of swimming in the lagoon.
