Great
GGuest UserVery clean and it felt like home. Ang saya din ng kids sa swimming pool with view of the Villar land, sobrang hangin lang sa taas kaya nanginig sa lamig yung 2y.o. pero sobrang enjoy ng 8y.o. and he was able to play with the other kids. Less hassle pa kung may mga kailangan bilhin dahil sa dami ng stores outside the building, puro nga kami kain. We recommend Tinatangi Cafe nearb, sa Salawag, kung may car, pero pwede din naman siguro tricycle na lang. Very good wifi connection din sa room and the tv kasi naiwan naka log in ang yt premium account ng last guest siguro na nagstay doon. Very much recommended din kung may mga bisita kayo, naisip ko talaga ito para sa relatives namin kung bibisita sila, cause we also live around the area.
MMark Anthony DañasCelebrated my wife's birthday at Hotel Kimberly with the kids, although it's our first time, it will definitely not be the last. Overall it was a great experience, all the staff were very accommodating, the food is excellent and the amenities are exceptional. It doesn't have a view of the taal, but I will still highly recommend this hotel if you will be going to Tagaytay. đđœ
GGuest UserGreat location, comfortable accommodation, and very friendly staff. I would suggest adding a reed diffuser in the hallway to make the scent more pleasant. Overall, itâs a wonderful place to stay. My kids absolutely loved itâespecially the bubbles in the swimming pool! đ
NNicoNOverall happy with my stay. The room was comfortable; the property is conveniently located by the highway. (caveat, at night you will hear motorists pass by but this should be already taken into account given clear proximity) Staff were friendly and accommodating; I felt attended to as a guest.
There is on-site parking however limited but I attribute this to my timing of stay; there was a multi-day event hosted at the same time so I feel the lack of parking was taken up by participants staying at the hotel who arrived earlier in the week.
The breakfast buffet was not excellent, but not inedible either. You get what you pay for. The dining area was clean and orderly so at least there's that.
I slept well here, I'm generally happy to have booked this as my accommodation.
GGuest UserI rarely leave voluntary feedback for hotels we stay at,
but this one definitely deserves it.
Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didnât say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out.
The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we werenât able to try most of the restaurantâs menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels weâve stayed at. đ We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. Weâll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family.
GGuest UserI recently had a staycation at Taal Vista and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few areas for improvement.
The ambiance of the property is truly commendableârelaxing, scenic, and well-suited for a quick escape from the city. The surroundings are well-maintained, and the cleanliness of the facilities reflects good housekeeping standards.
However, the room experience did not fully meet expectations. One notable concern was the lack of sound insulation, as noise from adjacent rooms was clearly audible. This affected the overall sense of privacy and made it somewhat difficult to fully relax during the stay.
In summary, Taal Vista offers a beautiful and clean environment, but improvements in room soundproofing would greatly enhance guest comfort and privacy.
GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The front desk team was friendly, professional, and very accommodating from the moment I arrived. They made everything easy and comfortable.
What impressed me most was how willingly they assisted with a special request. I needed to interview the Food & Beverage Supervisor, and the staff quickly helped arrange it. The interview went smoothly, thanks to their support and coordination.
The F&B Supervisor was kind and informative, and the overall experience was better than expected. The staffâs warm attitude and willingness to assist made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding service.
GGuest UserThe room, amenities, hotel ambiance, and service at Via Appia Hotel are great. The staff are friendly, and the place is very comfortable.
The only issue I experienced was with the bathroom heater and hot water. The heater initially wasnât working, so I called for it to be fixed. The technician came. Tried to fix it and said it was working now. However, when it was time to shower before checkout, the hot water in the bathroom only lasted for a few seconds before turning cold again. I had to turn the water off and on repeatedly to get hot water for short periods. This can be quite inconvenient, especially since the hotel is in Tagaytay, where the weather is very cold.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but improving the hot water system would make the experience much better.
AagrixDuring our stay at Hortz Hotel and Resorts in Tagaytay, Philippines, we found the surroundings to be wonderfulâpeaceful and calm, offering a perfect retreat from the city. The rooms are spacious enough for a family, and the beds are large and comfortable, easily accommodating two people. The toiletries provided were satisfactory, and overall, the rooms were quite clean. However, we did notice a few small insects and some dust on the bed, likely due to the trees surrounding the area. Despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel is a great place to relax and unwind. The serene environment and adequate amenities make it a pleasant option for a short getaway.
