The hotel provides a free airport shuttle bus around 01:45 to the hotel, which is very convenient. The rooms are spacious, the air conditioning is strong, and there are many sockets. Quiet at night, but the noise of the flight taking off and landing in the early morning is more obvious. Breakfast is standard American and quite satisfactory.

Nice hotel apartment, across from Civic Center station with underground parking. Very good service from front desk staff. A lovely space with coloring area in the lobby, restaurant are precursor to the apartment: full kitchen, living room, dining area, two tvs, balcony and bedroom, kind of classic Marriott style. But unlike Marriott there were no extra towels, bathrobes, slippers or toiletries beyond soap and shower cap. The restaurant hours on the key are incorrect. The restaurant closes at 930pm although front desk said only the kitchen closes at 945pm. Anyway the mix up led to none of our interactions with the reticent restaurant's staff for room service. The restaurant takes a daily siesta too, though the key says weekends only. The 12 doesn't let Door Dash come to the apartment, only the lobby. However, 12 Staff will deliver if anyone's available; otherwise you have to go to the lobby. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

This is my second time staying here, and coming from Europe to the US, you immediately feel the American generosity. The coffee machine in the ground floor restaurant is always available for hot water or even coffee, which is super convenient for instant noodles. The air conditioning in the room is just as noisy as ever, but that's a common bug in American hotels.

My husband and our son stayed here cause we always have a great stay at hoilday inn all over. I will start with the bad. First off, when we booked this hotel, it stated the breakfast is included while getting checked In. I saw a sign saying that you have to pay for breakfast and it's 9 dollars a plate. 😡so I asked the guy that was checking us in. Why do we have to pay 9 dollars for breakfast he said it's not in my reservation. That was false,. So he said we have to call ihg to inform them of this and I said NO you call cause this is your hotel not mine. Anyways I have never stayed at a hoilday Inn IHG and had to pay for breakfast (NEVER)..The good news is we slept good.. room was clean.

Would definitely come again. Good location, close to the airport. Helpful staff.

When I checked out they didn't tell me where the shuttle to got o the airport was and I waited at the wrong entrance and. missed it - I had to spend 11.00 for an uber＞＞ Lesson learned

I didn't know anything about airport hotels in Atlanta. I was looking for a convenient hotel with an airport bus. And the Westin was one of them. The airport bus was good, it departs the hotel on the hour and half hour (ie 8pm and 8:30pm and 9pm, etc). The drive to airport is over 10 minutes. I saw some hotels can be accessed by Sky Train. Actually those hotels are easier to access (which I did not know). The Sky Train is free, it leaves every 10 minutes from the airport station, and it's only 1 short stop to the hotels. So that is quicker and easier. I did not realise that before my stay. The Westin hotel is ok, not the newest but not bad overall. My main problem with it is that it faces a highway and it's quite noisy. I complained that the room they gave me was noisy and I asked to switch to a room that's not noisy. They gave me a room in the other wing of the hotel also facing a highway but a bit less noisy. I did not have the energy to complain again. The shower was ok, not bad. I like the African American woman who was driving the airport bus, she was very polite and friendly and helpful. I was tired after a long flight to Atlanta. So I wanted to go outside and get some fresh air. I asked them about walking around outside, the response was that it is not really safe to walk outside in the area. But if I wanted then I could walk in the parking lot.

The location is great. Very close to Georgia World Congress Center, Olympic Park, Coca-Cola, and Peachtree train station. Generally, Atlanta is quite scary because of the homeless people on the streets and the cat-calling. The hotel is nice, tho old. The uber pin is Sheraton, so i guess it was acquired and rebranded. Clean and quiet. We haven’t tried some amenities like the heated pool and gym but everything listed is available. They have provided bottled water during check-in but nothing after that. Our room have veranda facing the pool so it was nice to unwind after a long tiring day. The only problem was, we were charged with destination fee ~$28/day aside from the deposit of $100 - released after check-out, which is not listed here in this app. Or was it was the city tax? Idk.

The hotel is quite decent. If you are taking a taxi for an international flight, don't take the hotel's shuttle bus to the domestic passenger terminal. Although you can also check in, then go through security and take a small train to the international departure terminal. However, there are too many people on domestic flights and it is easy to be late. If you take the hotel shuttle bus, at least three hours in advance.
