"Free shuttle from/to airport every 30 min. But staff didn’t count passengers to airport in early morning which should be peak time. I planned to take 5:30am one but didn’t get in due to bus full. I was told another bus will come in 10-15min. But it only came 6am. Staff explained it took time to get a bigger bus and finally all 6am group got in. Lucky that I still had enough time for domestic flight check-in"

"Staying at this hotel meant paying $30 a night for outdoor parking. The main issue was the outdated payment system; you couldn't just scan and pay. You had to scan a QR code, then enter a US local phone number for verification, which I had to go to the front desk to sort out. The hotel itself is a bit run-down, with grimy glass curtain walls. Room soundproofing is mediocre, the ceiling height feels oppressive, and the facilities don't live up to the Westin brand image—I even had to ask a staff member for slippers. It's just about acceptable for a one-night stopover."

"My second stay within a week and my experience are completely different: 1) front desk lady is kinda rude. 2) asking for parking fee which was included during my previous stay, exactly the same room type and conditions. 3) THE ROOM IS WAY TOO NOISY! I got the room at the end of the hall with facing the highway. The nonstop traffic and airplane overflying kept me awake for the entire night even I put the earplug in. I end up took the sleeping pill at 3am… unbelievable."

"This hotel was in a close distance from the airport. But the shuttle only leaves 1 time an hr. The 1st smoking room I was in had ashes on the bed and a cigarette hole burned in the sheet. Next after damn near an hour the finally get me moved into a non smoking room oh after I paid $40 for early check in. Next it was hair all in the tub and the ceiling yuck. The shuttle left as I was walking to the front desk when I asked about it I was told it will be back and ready to load around 1200pm. The guy did not come to the van until 1250pm. I will not be returning"

"It was close to the airport and very convenient for transit. The shuttle bus is a bit of a hassle, so I will write about the shuttle bus as of August 2024. ① Move from the domestic terminal to the international terminal → Tell the person at the international bus terminal that you want to go to the international terminal shuttle bus ② Move to the international terminal and go to the shuttle bus stop → Hilton and Marriott hotel buses come constantly ③ Get on when your hotel bus comes Even if everything goes well, it takes 30 to 60 minutes to get there. In addition, there are no sidewalks in the surrounding area, so you basically cannot walk. It is recommended to prepare before arriving, such as by getting an Uber or at the airport."

"Everything from check in too a hot shower to morning breakfast the only thing that bother me was stains on the mattress I always check for stains on mattress and sheets n bugs but the only problem was the stains on the mattresses but everything else was fine"

"A disappointing experience at my first Hyatt. My first room had a hair in the shower, so I asked to change rooms. The second room had a strange layout. The air conditioner was loud, right next to the bed, and blew directly onto me, making it hard to sleep. When I asked to change rooms again, I was told all rooms were like this, even though my first room was different. The bedside lights also didn’t work. There wasn’t a single vegan option at breakfast—not even plant-based milk. The staff showed little concern and made no effort to help. This will be my last Hyatt."

"Overall my experience was a very pleasant one very clean establishment I love the security of the keyed elevators the swimming pool was always a nice temperature jacuzzi as well restaurant was great however waitress wasn't the best at showing hospitality other than that I would definitely stay here whenever I need to!"
