The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get around. Many attractions are within walking distance.

When I booked, I wondered why this five-star hotel was so much cheaper than others in the CBD that day. Turns out there's a catch, definitely don't stay here. I pressed the 'do not disturb' button, but at 10 AM, housekeeping still knocked on my door. My bed was far from the door, so I didn't hear it clearly. By the time I realized someone was knocking, housekeeping had already pushed the door open while I was still in bed. How incredibly unprofessional! Couldn't housekeeping see the 'do not disturb' light? Standard check-out is 11 AM. Did I say I was checking out at 10 AM? To rush guests out at 10 AM? Extremely unprofessional and left me with serious psychological discomfort. The front desk only offered a 'sorry' and nothing else. I stayed here once three years ago and had a good impression, but this time the facilities are much older, unpleasantly so. The bedding was rough and uncomfortable, and the shower water would suddenly get scalding hot.

Right on a holiday, and it was 'Xiao Nian Ye' (Little New Year's Eve) too! After a friend's recommendation, my family and I came to Australia and chose the Fullerton Hotel Sydney, and it certainly lived up to expectations. It's located in the bustling city center at Martin Place, with a grand and impressive exterior. The hotel's interior has a wonderful sense of history, and the breakfast spread was abundant. The restaurant host was incredibly warm and welcoming. Everything felt cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend!

The hotel boasts an excellent location in the heart of the city, making transportation incredibly convenient. The tram stop is right outside the door, and the historic Martin Place, over a century old, is just steps away. The hotel offers a wide variety of dining options, and the rooms are well-equipped with luxurious decor.

The room size is ample, spacious and bright, with a beautiful view from the window. Breakfast is rich and varied, and the quality is excellent. The lobby, especially, which was converted from the original post office building, is very impressive, and that staircase is absolutely stunning.

This hotel is stunning! Location is superb and service is wonderful. For sure, will be back again.

The location is close to the city center, and the front desk service is excellent. It would be even better if the breakfast buffet offered more choices.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. All the team members were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our visit truly relaxing. Overall, it was a great experience, and we had a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay in the heart of Sydney. Really top notch. Good breakfast (although one day no salmon available, which was below standards). Great views from the room. Great atmosphere. 1000% recommended

The location is fantastic, right in the city center with a mall just outside the door. Messina is only 100 meters away, and Toby's Estate, the world's second-best coffee shop, is also nearby. The hot water, however, was a bit inconsistent.

The room was spacious and clean, not the best of view from our room. Great location. The staff are very helpful and friendly.would definitely stay here again.
