This hotel may be for couples to be happy, but for me as a business traveler, it’s just rubbish. First of all, some rooms don’t have bookshelf (why do you need a desk for happiness). After I protested, I was given a room with a desk again, but What I was given was a desk facing the wall but not the window. Come again, this hotel is next to a large substation, so it is not suitable for people to live within a few miles, okay? The toilet paper used again is thick and rotten low-grade paper, which is really bad! In the end, breakfast the next day was too simple. I will not stay in this hotel again, and I don't recommend it. The boss begged me on his knees! This made me experience what it means to be golden and jade on the outside!

I left a good impression on my stay at Discovery Hotel Taichung. First of all, what makes me most happy is that the parking space of the hotel is very spacious, which is a big advantage for self-driving travelers. Convenient parking makes the check-in process easier and more enjoyable, without having to worry about a parking space. The design style of the hotel is simple and modern, giving people a comfortable feeling. It is worth mentioning that the choice of toiletries shows the hotel's emphasis on environmental protection, which is a gratifying highlight. Here, I felt the hotel's dedication to providing a high-quality accommodation experience. In addition, the hotel has an excellent location, very close to Fengjia University. This is certainly a big plus for tourists planning to visit this well-known attraction. Moreover, if you plan to visit the surrounding attractions by car, you will also feel the convenience, because the nearby attractions are within an acceptable driving distance. Although the hotel itself does not provide breakfast service, I found the "Weike Brunch" restaurant, which is only a 2-minute walk away, to be a good alternative. There, I enjoyed a delicious and hearty breakfast, which infused me with energy for the day. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at Discovery Hotel Taichung. Excellent parking facilities, simple and modern design, environmentally friendly toiletries and convenient location all make this trip more perfect. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers without hesitation and look forward to staying again in the future.

The soundproofing of the room was poor, the bed was hard, the toilet sink was at the entrance, and the curtains in the room we stayed in were very strange. The curtains were broken. I woke up the next day and found that there was a large power substation next to the hotel. It seemed like I was sleeping on a big battery. I also encountered construction work outside the lobby. I was so noisy by the loud noise of construction machinery early in the morning that I couldn't rest quietly. It didn't stop for several hours. I called the receptionist and the response was extremely bad. I booked two nights and couldn't stay any longer. After leaving, the hotel was unwilling to compensate or cancel the subscription, so I had to bear the pain and change it to another place. The price was more than 5,000 per night and did not include breakfast. There are many choices in Taichung City, but I will never choose this hotel.

The soundproofing is a bit poor. Although you can't clearly hear what's going on next door, you can still hear sounds. There is a problem with the planning of the socket next to the bed. The decoration will get stuck in the socket and the charging head will get stuck. The small balcony is not maintained and I don’t want to go out at all. The bed is very comfortable and the environment is quiet. It's a good hotel to rest in.
