入住的時候主樓吧枱服務員態度很差，這麼破的酒店要收300的按金，房間很冷分體空調，開了一夜還很冷，服務員説便宜的房間就這樣的，要不是凌晨一點入住，果斷就退了，從來沒差評過酒店，甚至沒有評價過，把我氣到了

説實在話，這個房間是比較大的，環境也是還好，但是服務就真的是太無語了，前台還是可以的，就是客房服務人員，裏面提供2瓶水，可是帶來兩娃，套房是可以帶娃入住的，那水想多兩瓶居然説要3塊一瓶，充電器是從來沒見過的要掃碼收費的這種（如圖）然後衹有2早，孩子的一個要收費，前台説小童價，實際退房時發現居然收了成人的錢！

環境： 房間很大，是我選擇這裏的最主要原因！ 衞生： 衞生清掃的也很及時，乾淨整潔，配備齊全！ 餐廳： 早餐沒有以前的豐富了，很一般！

臨時要忙事情，10/4號一早去餐廳，住房客人是不是可以打包點東西吃，餐廳領班竟然説一律不給外帶，住店客人也不行，衹能選擇堂食，這是什麼邏輯，縣城裡這麼貴的酒店，竟然是在種霸王條款，出差這麼多年，第一次碰到這種酒店，還是在自己家鄉，太添堵了。

體驗感不佳！第一晚蓋自己的風衣睡的、被罩好像沒換過一樣，洗髮水、沐浴露都是第二天才給的、第一天用的自己的洗面奶（我以為都會有的、來的時候根本沒想過帶）第二天保潔阿姨給換了、也補充洗漱用品了。在確定無人預訂和入住的情況下、和老闆商量晚上七點多的飛機可否在他這待到兩點、結果、沒同意！不到一點就叫了網約車去機場了！法外還有人情、這家真的很紅線制度！
