飯店應屬老舊，但維持尚可，備品及設施與一般商旅差不多。
飯店緊鄰鐵道及交通要道，隔音需加強改善。
還有內部的部份，房門的材質和一般家裡的房間一樣，房門的隔音亦需加強改善。
房間外面的走道應該要舖設地毯，可避免及降低行走和拖行李時產生的聲音。

位於台南市東區的商務旅館，雖然有點歷史不過地理位置絕佳，大東夜市走路3分鐘就到，仁德交流道下來只要10分鐘。附近也有許多餐廳，24小時火鍋店，提拉米蘇甜點等。門口停車方便，還有附贈個人早餐，服務態度也很親切，如果有資金設備能翻新的話會更好。

When we arrived, the room we had booked wasn’t available. One room they put us in smelled strongly of cigarettes. Another had a sewage-like smell that came and went. We were there for three nights, and staff never brought fresh towels or sheets, changed the garbage, etc. The breakfast area in the morning had a lot of flies. This is a cheap hotel, and it could have a charming, old-fashioned aesthetic if the owners invested more in upkeep and cleaning.

Kinda charming old school hotel with a kitchey vibe and laid back atmosphere. Dated decor and irreverent features in the room give a kind of fun vintage vibe. Some of the amenities weren't in the best condition but the staff were super responsive and helpful. Situated next to a train underpass so maybe not great for light sleepers, but not incredibly noisy.
