設施：設施新，設備好，裝修風格超有情調。
衞生：乾淨，有序，住着有安全感。
環境：自駕行，離老城區古街近，逛街，出行，飲食沒得説，👍🏻。
服務：前台非常細緻周到，提前溝通，辦入住時很貼心，能夠感受到是用心來温暖住客，入住後送上大果盤，公共空間開放，住客可自由品茶，上網，點滴之處體現出人文關懷。
其它∶早餐菜品不同於豪華酒店那種繁多花樣，但大多是泰寧自產貨源，非常可口接地氣，豆漿也是現磨，有濃郁的豆味，很久沒吃到這麼好吃的酒店早餐了。必須給個大讚。
會推薦朋友利用這家高性價比的酒店，不但是旅遊的好住處，也是團建，企業培訓，黨建生活的好去處。

房間很乾凈 服務也很好 唯一的缺點是廁所的熱水器太小 mini型熱水器燒水太慢 熱水水壓有點弱 洗澡時熱水量不足有點冷 不過還是值得推薦入住 大金湖遊船很普通 衹有甘露寺景色不錯 但是停船時間太短 不夠時間慢慢欣賞。

行李會有熱情的小哥小妹帶進房裡，房間也衞生乾淨，並且提供各種生活小用品，非常體貼，景觀就沒什麼了，畢竟是在小區裏。早餐將就下也還行，最好有茶水擺放，不需去問就比較好。

房間乾淨整潔清爽，住住非常好，定的特價房才200多，名宿有自己的專屬停車場，就在店門口，非常方便，進出都有門衞，早餐可以媲美豪華酒店，這個比一般民宿多好多品種了！2月23住的，當天温度才幾度，老闆提前把房間空調打開了，這個感覺很棒，房間裏面有品牌零食咖啡茶葉，很不錯，此店值得推薦入住！😄

特別滿意的民宿，服務非常熱情周到，客房裝修簡潔大氣有品位，尤其大大點贊店裡的早餐，品質特別好，留下深刻印象。總之是性價比超高的酒店。是20年旅行體驗裏的佼佼者，下次會再次入住。

房間整潔乾淨，佈局合理舒適，設施選用現代有潮流感。賓館位於古街斜對面，走路過去5分鐘就可到達。有安排車輛火車站接送，方便到店離店。老闆和前台服務熱情，早餐豐盛，入店還提供歡迎小點心。

這次福建之旅住過環境最最最好的民宿了，因為長途跋涉開車很久，夜班值班小夥子，一直等我們，還幫我們拿行李（因為特別特別沉）非常感謝， 因為正好平安夜，房間還有平安蘋果，很讓顧客暖心，而且，提前電話聯繫，幫我升級了房間，讓我和家人住的非常舒服，由於三明夜裡非常冷，很晚了，還讓夜班小夥子加了被子，而且全屋智能，馬桶蓋也是熱乎的，總之，住的特別特別舒服，如果您也是來三明遊玩，也是在三明泰寧遊玩，請選擇這家民宿，絕對不會讓你後悔（實實在在顧客，不是託兒）最後在表揚一下早餐，例湯真的不錯，一早一碗湯，暖和一整天，總之，萬分感謝兩天的照顧。祝生意興隆！
