The location is great. You can reach the hotel by taking a bus from Taipei to Cao Caowei Station. In addition, the waiters at the counter are very friendly and have good service attitude. I will go there again next time.

There was loud noise from the room next door until nearly 10:00, which showed that the hotel's sound insulation effect was not ideal. In addition, at 1:00 in the morning, I turned off the cold nitrogen air conditioner due to the cold. I called the service desk and found that the bedside phone was broken. Fortunately, there was another phone available in the sofa area. The front desk said they could not provide quilts, only sheets and quilt covers. Later, I felt they were too thin and gave up, so I had to go downstairs to buy a heating pack and sleep on a pillow. In addition, I found that the hotel's quilt cover was damaged, the room may be a little dated, the wallpaper was partially lifted, and there were hairs on the minibar and in the drawers under the Mystic Bar. Maybe the hotel is older and the wallpaper in the room is partially lifted. When you open the door in the morning, you can smell the smoke from the breakfast on the first floor. It should be necessary to improve the smoke exhaust equipment. These need to be improved to enhance the overall guest experience.

There are not many hotel options in Shenkeng area. Although HiOne is a bit old, it has complete facilities and clean facilities. There are many and large rooms, the price is reasonable, and the staff is friendly. I will stay here again next time I come back𥚃.

It is close to Shenkeng Old Street and is very convenient for eating, drinking and entertainment. Although it is an old hotel, the overall CP value is very high. The hardware equipment is not bad. It is suitable for friends who are traveling or on business trips to stay together.

It's a little far from Taipei city, but it's about a 15 minute taxi ride to Taipei 101, so I didn't feel that inconvenienced. There are convenience stores, Starbucks, and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Although it is an old hotel, it was clean and I had a comfortable stay.

It took me 20 minutes to turn on the hot water in this room. So cold😮💨 The counter staff was very helpful and asked the engineer. But it turns out that because the pipeline is far away, it takes a long time to heat up. But 20 minutes is really a waste of water and time. Especially in winter when there is no immediate hot water for washing Also, my hot water bottle is moldy. But someone at the counter will find someone to change it immediately.
