Hotel location is excellent, right next to Ximen MRT exit 4 or 5 (both exits can access the hotel). It is good for a short stay for few days at Taipei if you are looking for good location hotel at Ximending area. The downside of the hotel is tiny room size when you have 2 suitcases opened inside room, you will barely have space to walk around. Wifi reception is weak inside hotel room and the hotel could not help with storing luggages overnight, which is not convenient for those who plan to travel to another city for a short trip then return to the same hotel for continuing the journey.

Check in was smooth. Location is excellent.
The ventilation in the bathroom needs to improve.
Hand soap provided but did not soap dish.

The room is very small and very dark, not enough lighting. TV is faulty. Even though they sent up their people to fix but it still down. No further action after that.
Staff wasn't very helpful and friendly.
The location is great, and the cleanliness is acceptable.

The room was poorly cleaned, the soap on the wash basin was obviously used, the sofa was stained, the staff who helped store the luggage had a bad attitude, and there was not enough space to store the luggage. It was only stored in the hotel restaurant, but the location was excellent

The hotel location and service are good; however, the room size with city view is very cramped and disappointing with a single window only. The food wise is good with a lot of varieties.

Cleanliness bad, smelly and dusty. Front staffs all rude. Only location is the positives point of this hotel. 3 minutes from Ximending Walking Street.

Super convenient location (less than 5 mins walk from ximending exit 4). Popular hotel with lots of tour groups. Old carpet and room slightly small (booked city view room, can't imagine if I opt for the lowest tier room). Shower room door not tight, hence the floor outside and floor towel was wet.

What a disappointment. The room is so worn out. The carpet is all stained and dirty. This is the first hotel I had to go Reception to feedback on the room condition. The wifi is not stable too. I will definitely not come back again.
