Bed is very wobbly. You can feel the movement of your partner in bed. Some rooms have it worse. We could not sleep for hours the first night. Around 4AM, we were fed up and asked for help from the frontdesk. When complaining, the staff would not help at all. They did not believe us and dismissed the problems. We had to angrily convince them to even take a look. After looking, they finally gave in and said we were right. We got another room, but we could not let our sleeping 2 year old sleep in the old room while I moved to the new room to get a couple hours of sleep. The staff made us move all our luggage and the sleeping child to the new room, even if nobody was staying in the used room. The cleaning would be the next day anyway. Very poor service and 0 logic was used. Unfortunate, because the rest was great.

Very good hotel for families There is a toy room for children. There is bottled water, you can ask for as many bottles per day as you want. There are snacks and instant noodles available for free. The bed is 1.8 meters wide and three people can sleep together comfortably. The staff speak good English, are kind and very helpful. The location is quite good, near Ximen, about 10 minutes' walk. Easy to visit by bus. If going by train, you may have to walk a bit far.

This hotel is completely like a hotel. The rooms are cleaned every two days. The rooms are very old, with moldy wallpaper and poor sound insulation. On the first day, before I even took a shower, I found that the shower head was broken and there were two strange paintings hanging in the room, which was very strange. The decoration design is very poor, worse than hotels in the mainland Moreover, there is only a piece of glass between the toilet and the room, and there is no light isolation. Every time the toilet light is turned on, the room is completely light-filled. The lights of the fire-fighting equipment on the ceiling kept flashing, and a system red light also kept on, which seriously affected my sleep. A hotel of this quality actually charges HKD900 a night. It’s really rubbish. I regret booking this hotel!

The service attitude of the counter staff is good. The location is conveniently close to Taipei Station. There are convenience stores nearby. Unfortunately, the water pressure in the bathroom is weak. There are free biscuits and instant noodles in the rest area on the first floor of the basement, which is quite good.

Conveniently located within walking distance from Taipei Main Station and the downtown area, Ximen. Cup noodles, sweets, and cola were provided free of charge. The room has a window, but the building next door is right in front of you so you can't see the view, which is a shame, but it's a good size and the bed is big and comfortable.

This hotel is about HK$200 more expensive per night than a hotel of the same level in the same building, but the room is smaller and less comfortable. There is no wardrobe safe and the room design is not convenient for walking around. The TV is on the side and the bed is away from the bathroom. It's too close and it's a bit uncomfortable to live there. However, the daily necessities are thoughtfully designed and very cute; the counter staff responded professionally and courteously. Overall, the price/performance ratio is low.

Good location, 5-6min walk to the nearest metro stations. Pantry is stocked up with instant noodles if you are hungry in the middle of the night.
