位置是好找的，就是景年酒店的一個房間，樓下和路邊有免費停車位（要看運氣，有車位就還好，剛好沒車位就有點難找停車位了），周邊有超市，有吃飯的地方。房內有點舊，沙發上有污漬，建議房東用漂白水洗一下。房間和衞生間整體衞生還可以，就是淋浴間內還有上一手住户的毛髮。洗漱用品就配兩套牙刷，連個梳子都沒有。房內拖鞋也很臟，也不刷洗一下，還在房內打死幾衹小蟑螂。這是我住過最不像民宿的民宿了，就比普通客房多個冰箱、洗衣機而已。
