I called the front desk and asked, but they actually said that they were not included when booking through the booking website. She also told me to wait a moment and she would ask the supervisor for instructions before calling me back. Later, I thought that we had brought our own coffee powder when we went out, so we called the counter and told them that there was no need to call back. About an hour later, four tea bags were delivered. It is understandable that modern enterprises will find ways to cost down in order to survive or make operating profits. But four-star hotels do not. I really don’t know how to describe it. I didn’t call to ask for tea bags, I just wanted to confirm if I forgot to put them away? The answer I received with good intentions turned out to be somewhat unkind.
