The hotel is incredibly close to Longhu Wanda, making it super convenient to get around. The front desk staff were really friendly and even gave us a free upgrade to a room on the 21st floor. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Taiyuan.

The room was spacious and the location was excellent, with plenty of shops right outside the hotel. Breakfast was good, they even had 'Rou Jia Mo' (a Chinese-style bun with meat filling), which was a pleasant surprise!

Came back to Taiyuan this winter after three years, and once again chose the Wanda Realm I stayed at last time. Even though it's been a while, it still maintains its five-star standard. The room layout is very well-designed, the space is generous, and it's quiet with great soundproofing, so I slept really well. Hygiene is guaranteed, and both the front desk staff and the cleaning aunties were very welcoming, offering extra towels and water. Plus, being off-season in winter, the price was very affordable and they even included free breakfast. It's also super convenient, right next to Wanda Plaza. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on future visits.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was captivated by its luxurious and grand decor. The marble floor was as shiny as a mirror, and the crystal chandeliers sparkled, making me feel like I was in an art palace. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. They also thoughtfully introduced me to all of the hotel's facilities. The room I stayed in was spacious and bright, decorated in a cozy and comfortable manner. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin. The room's soundproofing was excellent, completely shielding me from outside disturbances. The bathroom was fully equipped, and the toiletries were all high-quality brands, which made using them a real pleasure. The hotel's recreational facilities were also very extensive. The gym had a full range of equipment, meeting all my daily workout needs. The swimming pool was crystal clear with suitable water temperature. Swimming in it, all my fatigue seemed to wash away. This stay was truly impeccable, and I highly recommend everyone to experience this hotel! I believe you'll fall in love with it just as I did.

An old-school five-star hotel, a bit dated, but everything else was great. We received complimentary welcome fruits, and my friend said the bed was the most comfortable they'd slept in these past few days. The front desk lady was incredibly nice and helpful, even recommending local eateries. Oh, and the stir-fried greens at breakfast were absolutely delicious!
