This was an amazing stay in Taiyuan! Checking in as a foreigner was a breeze. The front desk was super accommodating and were happy to help in English. The bathroom was super clean, and the shower was outstanding. The bed was super nice and I slept like a baby. Will happily stay here again!

機器人不送餐 衹送快遞！！！下樓取餐在電梯間遇到機器人，難道是送快遞？？？想知道住酒店有幾個客人會買快遞？？也是第一次遇到，點所有外賣，飲品 都需要客人下樓去門口近乎寒風中自己拿！！入住期間多次下樓取餐，被吹感冒。一天七百多的房費，還被整病了！這個真的非常不人性化！

二次來太原了，這次在攜程社區看有人分享説萬怡酒店不錯，就定了一間雙床房
先説酒店位置在小店區平陽路海棠大廈（當地出租司機衹知道海棠大廈不知道萬怡酒店呵呵）
進了大堂有服務生幫我拉着行李箱，領我到辦理入住的前台。服務員態度很好
接着服務生又引領我們去電梯，電梯需要刷房卡才可以（這樣很安全）
馬桶是TOTO的智能馬桶還不錯。值得稱讚的是淋浴花灑，舒服哈哈。洗漱用品很好（我老公要去某寶買😜）
我定的是含早的房間，早上自助餐中西式的，菜品不是很多（因本人身體原因沒吃多少）

真的很慶幸在眾多酒店中選中了這家酒店 因為是家庭出行所以定了家庭房 外面是一個大床裏面有一個單獨的套間放了張單人床 床墊枕頭等床品 很舒服 洗手間都有獨立的功能分區 淋浴的水很大 馬桶是智能的特別方便 房內的中央空調都是獨立的 可以自己調節或者開關 很人性化 酒店二樓有洗浴中心和SPA 洗完澡後再做個按摩特別能緩解旅行一天的壓力 定的房間是帶早餐的 早餐在一樓 是自助餐 品種很豐富 食材也很新鮮 主要是味道真的好 入住和退房服務人員態度也很好 手續辦的也很快 非常推薦
