酒店位置優越交通便利，附近就是南山寺、文峯閣、鳳城河景區，步行都非常方便。前台接待人員熱情，我們訂的無窗的兩個房間主動給我們升級了麗豪大床房，房間寬敞床品乾淨舒適，酒店的自助早餐也非常不錯，下次可以繼續。

滿意的點：1.地理位置可以附近任何一個景區遊覽很方便，望海樓景區和鳳城河都在2公里以內。 2.房間寬敞，1.35米的床可以一家三口住，不侷促。3.馬桶和淋浴分開，乾濕分離不影響，而且隔斷保證衞生間燈光不影響睡眠。 不滿意的點：1.前台美女全程黑臉，好像欠錢一樣，對就是假睫毛上天的那位，黑臉加上濃粧黑上+黑，還有個胖妹妹，業務不太熟練。2.早餐拉誇，酒店工作人員也在裏面吃，還好衹包含一份，標準不超過10米，連最基本的果汁麥片都沒有，進門就是查早餐票，是覺得有很多人會來蹭嗎？3.和文旅局中信銀行共用停車場，酒店沒地位人多的時候就在門口排長龍4.附贈的夜宵和下午茶沒有兑現，連提都沒提

今天來這邊出差，在網上訂的酒店，Wi-Fi很好，設備齊全，房間非常整潔乾淨，床睡着也十分舒適，出行吃飯都很方便，也可點外賣讓酒店機器人送到房間，酒店還有健身房，洗衣房都是自助式的十分方便。小姐姐小周還給我們辦理了行李寄存，非常感謝，服務真的是十分周到。

假期來泰州旅遊選擇了文旅酒店，地理位置很不錯，靠近望海樓老街步行可以到，小俞辦理入住還介紹了酒店周邊的美食景點，服務都很不錯，房間很乾凈，電動窗簾，化粧鏡是帶燈的這點很不錯，小周退房還準備了伴手禮，酒店很用心，可以免費停車。
