Atour Hotel (Taizhou Liuyuan)

It was my first time staying at Atour. The overall experience was good and I would consider staying there again. Special thanks to Xingxing Leilei, because the parking garage was difficult to find, they were very patient in providing route guidance.

On the day of check-in, the staff called to confirm the time and friendly reminder of the underground garage entrance, which was very considerate~ The a**osphere is modern and compatible with cultural cultivation, tea tables, book walls, courtyard coffee lofts, and a small scene at every step. I like it very much~ The hotel has an excellent location. There is a willow garden directly opposite. Within a 3-kilometer walk, you can check in at Nanshan Lu Temple, Wanghai Tower, Meiyuan, Old Street, Qiaoyuan and other old city attractions. Stay for 2 nights and walk in the garden unconsciously, drink morning tea, eat crab roe buns, there is a kind of happiness called Taizhou!

As a fan of Atour, I have stayed in many Atour chains across the country. This is the first time I have used a long article to evaluate Taizhou Liuyuan Atour. Taizhou Liuyuan Atour Hotel is the worst Atour Hotel experience, no one else. First: The room type is completely inconsistent with the introduction! I booked a superior king-size bed room a week in advance. The hotel front desk called to ask what time to check in that day, and answered that it would arrive around 18:00. I thought the hotel service was very good, so I called to ask about the arrival time. I didn't want to arrive. Not only was the room provided on the first floor, but the room only had a small half window and was facing the end of the internal staff corridor. The whole room was dark, and the air in the room was turbid and not circulated, which was completely inconsistent with the room type introduced. I went to the front desk to ask for a change of room, and the reply I got was: All rooms are full, only this one. Then why should I tell the hotel that it is full today when I call, the room is first come first served, and the room type may not be ideal for late arrivals. I don't understand the meaning of calling in advance? ! Is it just so that you can arrange the worst room type for late guests? (The three days of staying in the room were like being locked in a small dark room) Second: The service awareness is not strong and the handling ability is poor. The so-called poor hardware conditions can be compensated by soft services. But when the hotel handles a small matter, the adaptability is really speechless... It rained when I went out for dinner in the evening of the second day of stay. There was no umbrella in the room. I asked the front desk to borrow an umbrella, and the reply was: The front desk umbrella has been borrowed and there is no umbrella. Discuss with the front desk whether there are other ways to borrow an umbrella? Can I ask the staff to borrow or go to the vacant room to see if there is an umbrella? Reply: No, the room is the business of the housekeeping depar**ent and has nothing to do with the front desk! And added a sentence: The hotel can provide free porridge after 21:30. In other words, guests don’t have to go out for dinner on rainy days, waiting for the hotel’s free porridge after 21:30? ! It’s ridiculous. After my repeated insistence, I finally asked the so-called boss to borrow an umbrella... I was originally an Atour fan, and my family also bought Atour bedding, and promoted Atour to friends from all walks of life... But Taizhou Liuyuan Atour Hotel gave me a very bad experience, which is completely incompatible with Atour’s corporate culture. The 4-star environment is given to the hotel's location and convenient transportation

The hotel is very close to the scenic spot. The price/performance ratio is relatively high. The attitude of the service staff is also very good. They also have good night porridge in the evening. All in all, it is a very good hotel. The washing and drying machine is convenient for guests traveling long distances. It is very good.

Very good!!! A bit of American style! Free laundry! The room is well soundproofed! The breakfast buffet is good! There is a cafe in the backyard, the environment is amazing! The hotel is clean! High cost performance!
