Traveling with my family, I booked a business king-size room, but the front desk silently "upgraded" it to a fun room when I checked in. When I asked at the front desk, they said that there were only three business king-size rooms that I booked, and they had already been booked, so they "upgraded" the room type (other hotels would mark them as sold out, so why did you change from business to fun when I got to yours?), and after half an hour of tossing, they changed it to a bathroom with a curtain that could be drawn. I can only say that except for the size of the room, it is not as good as what is shown on the order page. The phone is also broken, and I can only call the front desk on my mobile phone Ctrip. The check-in time was too late, so I didn't contact Ctrip customer service to change the hotel. I hope that no one who is destined to be with me will accidentally bring his girlfriend here and break up directly, hahaha🤣
