The buffet is one of the best I've ever experienced. * Excellent attention to detail: allergen notices and gluten-free options available. * Comprehensive facilities: in addition to basic juicers and toasters, there's also a professional convection oven. * Western station: the made-to-order egg station was a pleasant surprise! You can choose from omelets, poached eggs, sunny-side up, and scrambled eggs, all cooked fresh to order. * The omelet with Tabasco was superb! * There's also a very authentic English breakfast with roasted bacon, baked beans, seasonal vegetables, hash browns, cold cut salami, and a variety of cheese platters.
