Great location. Right nest to Ropeway station so you can easily take the nohi bus directly from Takayama to the hotel. Hotel is quite old but well maintained don’t forget to book the dinner if you arrive late cause there’s no other restaurant nearby. The onsen will give you great experience with indoor and outdoor pools. We had great time there 👍👍

Room was spacious and classy with a retro air. I had a decent view of the mountains from my window and could see some of the snowy alps in autumn Yukatas provided in a range of sizes at the reception Indoor onsen has a musky smell due to the minerals, half of the outdoor onsen has a fairly nice view of the alps but most of it is not sheltered in the event of rain My japanese dinner and breakfast was good, i had fun grilling a couple of the dishes myself, but i notice western seems more popular with the locals Very convenient for a night stay after visiting the ropeway station

Superb onsen and great location if you drive and intend to take the ropeway. Service are exceptional and Kaiseki meal are great.

The room is large with a balcony and a view outside. I was given a cable car ticket. We arrived before the check-in time and left our luggage at the front desk. When checking in, the luggage was already put in the room. Dinner was quite sumptuous, and the bed was already made when we returned to the room. The hot springs are great, both indoor and outdoor. It snowed the next morning, and you could see the snow scene from the outdoor hot springs. It was so beautiful! If you use a private bath, you have to make a reservation and pay separately. The hotel is in a good location, right next to Nohi-Shinhotaka Terminal and a few steps away from the cable car station. There is a TV at the front desk where you can see real-time weather conditions on the top of the mountain.

The service is excellent, the room is big, the dinner is delicious, the breakfast is average but the view is great ~ It is right next to the cable car and is highly recommended for everyone who wants to take the cable car. (You don’t need to make a reservation for the bus from Takayama to Hotaka. You can just buy a ticket and get on the bus in advance. This bothers me a bit, so I’d like to remind everyone)

The hotel is in a very convenient location, and it only takes 2 minutes to go to the cable car or take the bus! The hotel provides a variety of yukatas, which really increases the fun of hot springs. I spent a relaxing and pleasant day in the hotel. The only thing to remind you is that if you want to sleep in, don't order breakfast, because you must arrive at the restaurant before 8 o'clock for breakfast, otherwise, you will receive a call to wake you up for dinner...

The hotel is very close to the cable car station and the bus station. The bus has not yet arrived. There are service staff waiting at the station to receive hotel guests. The hotel's breakfast/dinner is also quite rich and tastes good. After checking in, you can choose your own yukata.

Cheap, delicious food, comfortable accommodation, beautiful scenery. It's a beautiful place to come in winter. If you want to go on the cable car, you must stay there. I've never seen such a cheap snow view room. The guy at the front desk is so handsome. Next to it is the cable car going up the mountain. , I will come again. The decoration of the hotel is relatively old-fashioned, and you use a key to open or lock the door, but the service and food are very good. From the balcony of the room, you can see the snow-capped mountains during the day and the stars at night. The hot spring bath is also a natural hot spring. I chose this hotel to spend my time in Shin-Hotaka. A very happy day!

The hotel is right next to the cable car station, so traveling is very convenient. The room, accommodation and food were quite satisfactory, nothing outstanding and nothing to fault.
