First of we gets here and no TV is in the room than none of the plugs work. So they moved us to another room where no towel was and it had roaches in it not enough pillows than they gave us no time to check out before they was trying to charge my card a late fee… total mess

This place was the dirtiest most disgusting place I have ever stayed. I only stayed because it was the only place available. We asked to change rooms and pick one less dirty but still disgusting . Bathtub was filthy and the bed cover was oily ( don’t know why) .
The key didn’t work the second and the office was closed . Luckily I found a maintenance person to let us in . Staff was polite but knew they had an uphill battle .

The room was roach infested, mold and mildew, parts missing to the furniture(dresser drawer) sheets were dirty

The office staff were great. However it was disgusting every room I went into. I canceled my reservation. First room had a huge hole in the wall. Second room had roaches.

This used to be a motel 6 as you can see by signs still up. It's gone hill from being a motel 6.

I was first given a key and when I waled into the room, there were no sheets on the bed and there was a construction bucket in the middle of thw room. I went back down and was escorted by the cleaning staff to another room. This room had a tan microfiber blaket on one bed with a large bleach stain. The other bed had a largered stain on the exlosed boxframe. I asked the staff were there any other options and she went to check. A guy frim the front desk then came and provided a key to another room. Thst room had the television on, had printson the bed, dirt in the shower, a dirty had print on the shower wall, and used bars of soap in the shower. This place was unacceptable.

The motel was absolutely filthy and the rooms smelled like straight vinegar. The sheets had mold and blood on them. We could not stay in the room and got our money back

I went to the office four different times throughout my stay in. There is not a person there. I had to call the owner of the hotel two times once to get my key card to work and wants to get into my room. The first time I got a card and entry into my first room. There was already luggage there from a previous person staying. The customer service for the owner was terrible. The staff on site who were clearly understaffed were great, but to run a hotel with no office or ability to get into an office to actually talk to a person was ridiculous. I will never stay here again. I could not even check out because there is no staff member available.

For over $200 we got a room with peeling paint, a hole in the wall stuffed with toilet paper, a bed with one pillow, a night stand, a two drawer dresser with very small tv, a bar of soap and a roll of toilet paper. We’re glad we were staying for only one night and will never stay here again.
