The room is quite big, and you can cook simple meals in it. The facilities are quite old, and there is a hole in the sofa. It should be considered a hotel for tourists and vacations. There is no elevator between the upper and lower floors, which is not very friendly for people with heavy luggage. The breakfast of the hotel is average, and the front desk is not enthusiastic.

The front desk is friendly and the bed is comfy. But the equipment is old, no free mineral water is provided, no cleaning is done every day, and there are small putty bugs

We got off our cruise right away and we went to the hotel. They left us hang out at the pool til our room was rdy. They left us check in at 2!
The pool is heated!!! Beautiful:)
They shuttle to & from the hotel, as long as it’s during their time frame!
The only down fall is they only have 2 beds in the 2nd floor( which is not fun with heavy suitcases) there King bed rooms don’t have couches in( the lady at the desk said they are renovating them.?.?)

Everytime I request to have my room cleaned by room service they never honored my request which I felt was not appropriate. I spent more than a week and could never get my leinen cleaned

The property was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good sausage and gravy with biscuits, French toast, cereal , bagels and toast. The room could use some updating the only negative was the a/c intake in the room never shut off so it was a low hum in the room all night

Nice size of suite. However I think the couch in the call can be upgraded to one that is more comfortable. Additionally, the bath sewer is outdated, those models consume more water. Lastly, the shower and the water faucet outdated, the faucet in the shower was hard to ope.

We left immediately after seeing the room and went elsewhere for the night. My wife was literally just released from surgery, and we had an unusually high concern with the cleanliness (or lack thereof) of the room. Had we not been fearful o0f infection, we might have stuck it out for one night, but as it was, we were glad to have booked into the Hampton nearly next door.

Front staff was friendly but rooms were not up to par. Shower was dirty, lighting by mirror wasn’t efficient enough. No comforters on bed just sheets. Smelled like mildew.

The hotel was a great place to spend the night. I needed a place close to the airport, and reasonably priced. I had time for a workout in the morning, and purposely chose this hotel because there was a fitness cenrer. I asked where it was, got there, and it was locked. Went back to the same person, at the front desk, and found out that i needed a key to get in, but someone already had the key. Was told to knock on the door, and hope to be let in. Went went back with 2 others to knock, and found that no one was actually inside! Went back to the desk , to find that there was no other key, and a maintenance person would come in 15-20 minutes! REALLY!!!??? O waited 10 minutes, and left. No one showed up, and i didnt get my workout in. Very disappointed....
