I must let out already in the beginning that even beforehand I felt the price for two nights being very high and after the experience I would say extremely high, comparing to our experience. Service was throughout the line below standard, except the evening buffet at Esmeralda restaurant. The morning buffets was chaos. No plates, no forks, no coffee, no drinking glasses - available tables but not cleaned. Drastically insufficient staff and overall looks just rookies and no professionals on both Saturday and Sunday morning. Little Italy was no better. Only few tables had people and I was in the front line in the counter. There were 5 waiters and waitresses and 3 of them seemed to be just goofing around and not knowing what to do, while 2 seemed determined and were servicing the tables. I waited 15 minutes for my beer. From the tap. Shouldn't be that difficult. I was this close losing my temper, which is very unusual. Food Market had 2 very professional persons, but should've had 2 more. Luckily they managed the rush hour and I give them special thanks for managing that much people in very organized way. Check-in was surreally slow. I have been in dozens of hotels around the country and the world and I cannot think any slower than this. Almost if I was watching a slowed down movie both waiting and during our turn. How does this place even work with this kind of service!? And the spa... well there was very little to do for the little ones. Too few balls to play game with and too few bigger floats to go anywhere except the shallow area. The slide was the favorite after the deficiencies. AC in the room couldn't keep the temperature and was from time to time VERY loud - something was resonating and making rattling noise. I woke several times during the nights because of that - luckily the children did not. We'll go to beaches, we'll go to restaurants and we'll go to water activities, but we won't be back here. Heti alkuun on sanottava, että pidin kahden yön hintaa etukäteenkin todella korkeana, mutta etenkin nyt kokemukseen peilattuna erittäin korkeana. Palvelu oli läpi linjan ala-arvoista, paitsi iltabuffet Esmeralda-ravintolassa. Aamubuffet oli kaaos. Milloin oli lautaset loppu, haarukat loppu, kahvi loppu, lasit loppu - vapaita pöytiä, mutta ei ollut ehditty siivota. Henkilökunnan määrä vaikutti todella kovasti alimitoitetulta ja näytti siltä, kuin paikalla ei olisi yhtään ammattilaista vaan pelkkiä aloittelijoita. Little Italy ei ollut paljon parempi. Vain muutamassa pöydässä oli porukkaa, ja odotin itse palvelua tiskillä. Ympärillä pyöri 5 tarjoilijaa, joista 2:lla pöytiin tarjoilevalla tuntui olevan joku ajatus hommasta, ja 3:lla ei minkäänlaista. Odotin 15 minuuttia oluttani. Ihan hanasta. Ei pitäisi olla näin vaikeaa. Olen melko rauhallinen kaveri, mutta nyt meinasi kyllä pinna palaa. Food Marketissa oli 2 rautaista ammattilaista, mutta olisivat tarvineet toiset 2 kaveriksi. Onneksi he jotenkin hanskasivat ruuhka-ajan ja kävin kiit
