The premises could be managed better even in off season. Huge area but staff on leave being a lean period may have hampered the maintenance. Nevertheless this place is worth the money spent. Furniture and interiors in dinning space and reception area require the attention of the proprietors. Raj Patankar the GM extremely positive and brilliant person. Could meet him in person but his communication on phone was constant and he had been monitoring his staff while on leave at Mumbai. Sandeep Muske, Sanjay the chef, serves finger licking stuff. The house keeping staff, Prafull and Asmita ensuring the room is kept neat n tidy. Deepak and Ashish manning the dinning hall, ever ready to serve with a smile. So many horror stories about this resort. First things first, Bhagyasree from the sales team gave me a bad experience with booking safaris. She took 16k extra for 4 safaris than the usual safari price. Some amount of it is acceptable as service charge but 16k for 4 safaris is outrageous. When asked about it, she returned 10k and kept 6k as service charge which i was ok with. And here comes the worst part, on the day of safari, we realized one person’s name from our group was not mentioned at all in our safari booking. That person was stopped from entering the safari and when we called her from the safari gate in distress, she rudely said nothing can be done now and ot was my responsibility to check beforehand. I should have checked, but what did pay the service charge of 1500rs for each safari. They could not even enter the names right. Very traumatic! Then comes the actual resort part. We booked the best rooms available in the hotel called premium rooms. And they were the worst i have seen of late. Very unclean bathrooms with hard water stains and other stains on commode and washbasins, dusty walls, paint falling off the walls when we open the doors, and soiled bed linen. Even when we asked the staff to clean again upon checkin, they cleaned a bit and skipped the rest. Very unprofessional of them. Swimming pool water was dirty. Food was fine and adjusted as per our requirements, that is the only better part of staying here. I hated the experience so much that i was actually looking forward to my check out. Would never come back here!

We spotted a snake in our sapphire room, which they were unable to catch & remove. They offered another room which didn't have a working AC, that too in the summer month. Finally we shifted to the room where our family members were staying. Even in the other room, there was a frog in the bathroom. Property maintenance is poor. Except for the premium rooms, all other rooms are poorly maintained. The staff is very lethargic and inattentive. The premises are ill maintained with huge bugs and insects crawling around the porches of all rooms. The swimming pool is ill maintained and filled with insects. Food is bland and service is slow. While they refunded the money I had paid for the sapphire room and upgraded to a premium room for the next night, the experience was very poor. It doesn't compensate the inconvenience caused to us while paying a premium amount and ruining our vacation mood. Finding a snake inside the room is a major safety lapse which is incomprehensible and unpardonable as it put my family with small kid's life in danger.. That too with the premium pricing they ask for. I strongly advise people visiting tadoba to avoid Jharna resort tadoba, to avoid putting your family and family's life at risk.

Jharna resort is too good..and resort in front of navegaon gate like in deep core..foot quality awesome..and main fact is staff is very polite and hospitality very good... specially in restorant staff Dhiraj, Kailash and yogesh all members is very helpful Nature.. like family members ... thanks all of you..I will visit once more this resort...

Nice and spacious cottage. Polite staff and good food. Very near to Navegaon gate which was entry for nimdhela gate too. My son enjoyed watching langur playing on tall trees and also on kids slide but they didn’t create any nuisance to other guests, kids and family friendly resort spacious room and spacious sitting area outside, At night go out you would see lot light flies (Kajwe) I noticed this second time during my stay here.

This resort is not maintained well. Swimming pool is dirty. Management does not care about customer and having rude behaviour. Resort is full of bugs and reptiles. Electricity often goes which is quite irritating. Not having decent internet connection and satellite tv connection.

The overall experience was pretty good. The chef, Sanjay, requires a special mention though. The food provided by him was simple yet exquisite. He is a very good chef and is very passionate about his work. He is extremely helpful and generous as well.

The accommodation, the ambience and the hospitality all together made the trip worthwhile. The amenities provided matches with the expectations and valued for money. The jungle safari and sighting of Tigers was ultimate and made the visit memorable. It's like lifetime memories. Thanks and Best Wishes from the entire family.

After reaching the resort we were given grand welcome.we reached early but we were allowed to check in early.Rooms were comfortable and clean. Food was delicious and hygiene.chef Sanjiv is very good person and is an expert. Mr Raj Patil is a nice person.He helped us in making arrangements for jangle safari. There were some problems but all were sorted out very quickly and to our satisfaction. From house keeping Staff Puja is a very excellent in her work. Food menu is displayed daily and all items were tasty.Room no 105,106,107 and few others have varanadas opening to jungle area.seating there was very mesmerizing.this property is very close to jungle so it was very interesting to listen the sounds of various animals.one night we were told that tiger was roaming around the resort area so don't walk out the resort without vehicle especially in the night. This property has a clean and well maintained swimming pool and Rain dance area.
