房間不錯，環境也比較好，服務態度也好停車方便，就是設備有點舊，浴室的淋浴頭水温不能調，另外電吹風比較差，吹個頭發中間過熱斷電三次。

房間很寬敞，衞生情況也滿意，設施不錯，熱水很舒服。酒店門口停車位非常多，離高速公路、市中心都很近，過馬路就是綺羅古鎮。

房間還挺乾淨。停車方便。早餐太簡單了。吃早餐的時候有個旅行社的有一位拿手抓，太噁心了。 離和順古鎮遊客中心近。

餐廳的菜和服務不錯，酒店整體服務很好，停車方便，房間寬敞舒適，是個挺好酒店。距離高速路騰沖出口很近，方便自駕遊的人。

酒店在騰沖城邊上， 靠近高速路，位置和環境一般。酒店的房間內部裝修新且齊備，也很舒適雅緻，具備三、四星級酒店的水準。就是酒店接待的旅行團較多，半夜都有人來，車聲、人聲繁雜，想好好休息的慎選。

帶長者出來旅遊，晚上10點左右到店入住，酒店給長者提供的房間刺鼻的煙味，房間有麻將桌明顯白天有人打麻將後未處理房間，要求更換房間，前台服務員進去房間查看情況都要捂着鼻子，前台兩位服務員態度很好也積極處理協商，但報給上級領導一直不處理，我直接根據前台留的酒店副總經理打過去電話，想盡快協商處理，長者玩了一天也比較累，結果沒有想到作為一個酒店高層態度會這樣差，説完情況給我回復的意見首先就是我訂了房，酒店已經為我提供房間，酒店沒有任何問題，我反問他酒店難道不是應該提供適宜居住而不是有刺鼻氣味的房間，結果直接把我電話掛了，真的是長見識，最後是通過報警投訴，折騰將近二個小時才入住。
