體驗感超級棒的一次入住。一進大廳，富麗堂皇，清新古樸，前台小姐姐幫升級了房型，房間寬敬採光好，有個小露台，視線相當好，遠山美景盡收眼底。剛進房間，前台小姐姐就送來了歡迎水果，很暖心。室內空間大，沒施齊全。不僅有個大浴缸，還貼心準備了泡澡袋，浴奶，洛鹽，太周到了l晚六點半到十一點可去六樓享受露天温泉，大小兩個池子，水質好，温度適宜，有菊花茶和檸檬茶，還有桑拿石板房可休息。早餐更是品類豐富，可選餘地超級大。做為兩位六旬長者，我們覺得非常喜歡，也強烈推薦

酒店很新，前台客服很漂亮很友善，我訂的比較晚，衹能選榻榻米的房間，客服主動免費幫我升級了蜜月房，實在太驚喜了。房間很乾凈，細節都很到位，沒有異味，而且送了歡迎水果和零食，房間還配套有小陽台，有功夫茶具，六樓有泡池，服務員都很有禮貌很親切，真的很想繼續住下來多幾天，還有一樓餐廳的早餐品種很多很豐富，好吃。退房的時候還送我小禮品，很暖心。可惜我衹拍了泡池一張圖片，大池的池水也很乾凈清澈，全部都非常滿意。

服務態度特別好！每一個小哥哥小姐姐都特別客氣！
🌺房間很舒服，床品衞生又舒適，衞浴用品齊全。
😋早餐很豐富，長者挑剔的飲食也能被照顧到。
🍾大堂吧隨時有咖啡可以喝，茶室裏的古樹茶品質很不錯，樹齡絕對不算小，空間私密，適合待客。
🌊頂樓有自助洗衣房，下雨了服務員也及時幫忙收到房間裏了，泡池很舒服，確實是真真的温泉水，泡完特別解乏。
是很愉快的入住體驗，下次來騰沖還是會選擇這裏～

很滿意～首先五一節基本沒漲價。其次服務和硬件沒有拉垮的，早餐豐富，有風吹粑粑，大救駕，稀豆粉等等騰沖特色。每天都送水果飲料餅乾，兩天還送的不一樣！樓頂有泡池～還有自助洗衣房～房間的床也很舒服，衞生也好。唯一小小的缺點就是停車費有丟丟擁擠加門口修路有點抖～

酒店屋頂的温泉泡池，感覺挺不錯，旅行回來可以充分放鬆。早餐品種很豐富，吃了騰沖特色的大救駕，餌絲。
離開酒店的時候，前台的玉婷美女幫我提着沉重的大箱子和背包，一直送到我上出租車，在雲南感受到了特別的温暖！
