這家酒店超預期，整體設計、裝修還有房間床品等都很喜歡和滿意。對小孩很nice，進了酒店，看我一個人帶孩子辦入住不方便，就幫照顧小朋友。小朋友喜歡拍照，給他拍了照片，第二天走的時候送給我們打印好的照片，很贊👍，還送了伴手禮、小朋友的小水杯路上喝，服務和待客誠意都給滿分。走的時候正好看他們帶客人看房，服務也很好。哦，頂樓還有温泉，這次沒時間體驗，下次試試。整體性價比很高，強烈推薦！

價有所值，越野比賽臨時到了報道酒店建國酒店後，看見這個酒店才來入住，房間裏面可以泡熱水澡，酒店也能泡温泉，因特殊原因，温泉沒有體驗。每晚還為客人準備了銀耳湯。

很滿意～首先五一節基本沒漲價。其次服務和硬件沒有拉垮的，早餐豐富，有風吹粑粑，大救駕，稀豆粉等等騰沖特色。每天都送水果飲料餅乾，兩天還送的不一樣！樓頂有泡池～還有自助洗衣房～房間的床也很舒服，衞生也好。唯一小小的缺點就是停車費有丟丟擁擠加門口修路有點抖～

酒店很不錯，裝修大氣舒適，香氛清爽不膩人。房間很乾凈寬敞，細節滿滿，還可以換上浴袍去頂樓泡温泉，除了房間的浴缸一次性套需要收費，其他都不收費，房間還有大陽台，喝茶賞景恬靜愜意。打車去各個景區景點都非常方便，距離也都不遠。去機場也很近，20分鐘就到了，還有免費的接機服務。服務員服務態度特別好，每晚都給我們送甜羹，第一天晚上還送了零食九宮格，退房是還送了伴手禮。真的是體驗感非常好的一次住宿，下次再來一定會繼續選擇開臣。

房間面積夠大，還有個大陽台。大床房床超大，可以睡下3個人。房間乾淨衞生，基本設施都很齊全，配有茶具和3種不同茶葉，在房間就可以品茶。客人到店有小茶點，晚上回房有銀耳羹。酒店的早餐還是可以吃的，不錯。其他時間沒有餐食。
服務周到熱情，到騰沖酒店有免費的接機，因為帶着長者出遊，上弦月還貼心的幫我們安排了送機。細節很到位，提出的一些小要求基本都能滿足。

這幾天在芒市騰沖住的幾家酒店服務最好的一家，從前台到客房服務人員到早歺服務人員都很親切服務到位，酒店的位置也很好，附近還有新建的文昌樓（城樓）和牌坊街，屋頂温泉晚上看到天上的星星感覺非常棒。停車位置多，但導航到酒店門口容易錯過建議入口位置設一個醒目招牌
