Zizai Cliff Hotel

The hotel service is very good. They will contact you in advance and arrange a room, a car and a butler. There will be a dedicated chef to drive you around and recommend local delicious food. The attitude is very good. The lady at the front desk is very nice and welcomes you warmly. She was also upgraded to a room with a 270-degree view. A large basket of fruit was given in the room. There were not many types of breakfast, but it was enough. The rice noodles were delicious.

My previous expectations may have been too high, but I was still a little disappointed when I actually entered the Cliff Hotel. The glass windows in the room are 270 degrees, all facing the cliff, and the view is not very wide. I thought it was backed by a cliff and the windows faced the valley. It's still a bit cold in the shaded room in winter. Turn on the central air conditioning for warmth. The design of the hotel is very careful and tasteful everywhere. No matter where you take a photo, it is so beautiful that you will feel refreshed. The breakfast quality is also good, with both Chinese and Western food, as well as local specialties. I specially tried the thin bean flour fried dough sticks, which was very delicious. The location of the Cliff Hotel is great, opposite the hot spring bath and the snack street. But this winter, I don’t know why Mayu Valley is not as popular as Heshun Ancient Town. Many stalls in the snack street are empty, and there are only four or five snacks. I was very happy to be able to soak in the hot spring in the room, and the water was very comfortable, but it was a bit surprising when the waiter knocked on the door and said there was a leak downstairs and that the water should be turned down. Doesn't affect mood. When I left, the hotel also gave me a souvenir. It is worth mentioning that the service of one car and one housekeeper is very good. The housekeeper in the room is actually a local tour guide. The housekeeper Zhang Ji is proficient in business and drives steadily. She took us to visit Tengchong attractions and brought a very wonderful experience to our group! It left a very good impression on Tengchong.

服務：前台小姐姐送了水果 和我們一起的師傅人也超級好 會主動拿行李 介紹的景點都很好看 環境：在温泉小鎮裏 隨便走走景色也不錯 酒店裝修古色古香的 設施：每個房間裏都有温泉 泡起來很方便 水質很好 房間窗外景色超級美 光顧着玩 圖片沒來得及拍 就放下優秀的餐廳和酒店吧！！ 好久沒有認真的寫點評了 有點詞不達意 最後謝謝騰沖之行給我們一家帶來的驚喜和快樂🎉～

衝著酒店的環境跟温泉泡池來的，結果服務非常驚喜，酒店配備的司機兼管家小飛哥真的超讚，做得很周到，不僅能帶我們到騰沖各個景點遊玩，還能講解騰沖的歷史。還有因為個人疏忽把身份證丟在景區，很及時幫我們解決問題👍👍👍當然酒店的温泉跟風景也很好，邊泡温泉邊欣賞景色，就是度假的意義，真的nice～就是衞生間是布簾有點神奇，還是期待能改進一下

270度景觀房，房間夠大，室內泡湯很舒服，淋浴間也夠大。可惜270元加床不太滿意，就是把房間榻榻米上本來就有的矮布椅子撐開了，鋪了張傳單而已，椅子不平硌得慌，後來乾脆鋪了床單在榻榻米上睡了一晚。房間視線好，俯瞰小鎮，另外可沿着房間一角的木梯子爬到個兩三平方右的閣樓上，是靜思的好地方。酒店還送了免費用車一天，態度很好。餐廳環境談不上之前看到的所謂頂級，環境中上，服務還不錯。酒店崖壁上開着粉色的小花。

酒店位於瑪預谷温泉小鎮，周圍安靜，房間乾淨，床品舒服，工作人員服務熱情，用心，給我們升級了一個套房，方便了我們兩個房間挨在一起，早飯雖然品種不多，但味道不錯，住了4晚，我們的晚飯也都是回酒店吃的，有家裡的味道，吃完飯回房間泡温泉。每天都會有免費的新鮮水果，和飲料，零食。還提供泡温泉的牛奶和浴鹽。酒店對面有個孩子活動的地方，有滑梯，獨木橋，步行5分鐘就到

房間跟照片上相差無幾，細節做的很好，服務真的不錯，不是那種專業的，但卻是熱情，樸實。尤其管家小魏，非常到位，因為我是一個人旅遊，得虧他的幫助和陪伴，去了景點，買了本地特產，介紹的店比景區便宜很多，人品槓槓的，推薦大家入住這個酒店，在騰沖也是數一數二的

房間衞生寬敞，窗外景色很好，服務員和管家的素質很高，水果也很新鮮，早餐品種不多，但是都很精緻，我下次去騰沖還會住這家酒店。

1.服務很好。前台小姐姐和司機小姐姐都屬於有求必應。一天的免費用車（包含接機或者從上一家酒店接人，及常規景點），我們選擇了火山地質公園和北海濕地，以及送機（可以選擇送到下一個地點），我們選擇了送到和順古鎮； 2.房間內的温泉很不錯，確實很舒服； 3.酒店面對着懸崖，所在位置是在景區裏面，超級推薦二人圖書館，值得一看； 4.相較這個價位，早餐確實不太行，衹能屬於尚可； 5.因為酒店在山上，晚上我們選擇滴滴到附近的一家網紅餐廳用餐，略驚險，司機小哥在山上迷了路，導航有點bug。如果是一個女生，建議晚上的話就近用餐； 6.酒店可以代訂夢幻騰沖門票，比自己買便宜，但要盯牢，不然可能一忙就給忘了。
