Checked into room, immediately noticed ac was not working. Asked to be switched. They said an engineer would come. Never did after an hour. Asked to be switched. They switched me to another room that the ac didn’t work. I told them about it, was told they could not compensate because I booked with Travelocity, but reminder, I paid at hotel. Called Travelocity, they said they called the front desk and assured me I would get the 1st night written offf. The next day, I asked to be switched again, they said it’s the whole hotel and nothing he could do. I said that is fine as long as I’m compensated. He said no problem. I just got the bill, paid full price for both nights.
