It was my first time to stay at the Orange Hotel. The room felt energetic, clean and tidy. The service of the lady at the front desk was great and she patiently explained what to do in Tianjin. 挨着大馬路，開窗户就特別特別特別吵，衞生條件特別差，一直住桔子，住過很多家桔子這次不能忍，衞生間反騷味兒，浴巾上還有彎彎曲曲的毛髮，布藝的沙發一層土，皮革的沙發濕紙巾擦完都是黑的。事情發生之後掃衞生的阿姨態度不好，特別不情願給我們換了房，換了房之後衞生間氣味依舊惡劣。。床和牀頭櫃之間的地上都是土和毛毛，住了幾天客房服務也只是倒了垃圾而已，除了衞生方面特別不滿意之外其他都ok
