酒店設施齊全，乾淨衞生，保潔人員非常熱情周到！酒店地理位置不錯，離小白樓步行約十分鐘，離地鐵站步行5分鐘，離公交站步行8分鐘，出行方便。酒店的早餐也不錯，訂的房間不含早餐，付了15元，感覺實惠。

大年初二帶着兩孩子一早就到天津了，打電話説可以提前辦入住，就換了這家酒店，這一點很好，天冷，去酒店休息一會在遊玩。不足就是洗臉池在外面，晚上下水道的聲音很響，影響睡覺

1.一進房門聲響很大 嚇了一跳 發現是座機電話沒關 響聲特別大
2.房間裏沒有拖鞋，專門去要才有
3.前台第一天説説允許儲物（電子設備），第二天説不可以。也沒有為想要儲物的人提供附近可以儲物的解決方案。一副甩手掌櫃的嘴臉。可見不負責任，態度很差。一星差評給服務。

側面可以看到河，風景不錯。床很大，電視可以點播，衞生間乾濕分離，整體衞生很乾凈。6樓有微波爐可以加熱使用。不足之處在於被子稍微薄了點。

第二次入住了，酒店很👍🏻，裝修新凈，房間衞生。地理位置優越，距離海河和小白樓、解放北路、五大道非常近。海河夜景漂亮，晚上還可以散步。服務前台小姐姐非常友善親切，天津給我留下非常美好的印象。

房間乾淨整潔，位置離四號線地鐵站也近，邊上就是海河，孩子很喜歡看夜景！前台小姐姐服務態度很好，景觀大床房除了房間小看一些，別的都還可以！沒有怪味，隔音也不錯！因為景觀房臨近海河邊上有車晚上不是特別安靜，但是我習慣吵鬧聲了，沒覺得怎麼樣！如果是那種睡覺一點聲音都不能有的朋友就不推薦了！早餐也不錯，餐廳有大窗户，可以看海河景色，很棒！
