前台態度服務非常好，帶着孩子，送了好多小零食，每人一盒酸梅湯。還有馬桶套針線包，環境衞生絕對沒問題很乾凈。要了安靜的房間，不會吵。
早餐特別豐富，還有小蛋糕，豆腐腦煎餅果子，五一來的價格也很合適。距離天津之眼20分鐘車程，比住市裡安靜多了也不堵車。真的推薦。

真的挺不錯的 停車免費 保安熱情找空位。前台服務員服務也周到 耐心解答問題 本以為得十二點後才能入住 然後去了不到十點就可以了 還給免費升級了房型。樓下有免費的很多小果汁和自助酸梅湯 非常便民人性化。門口就是五號線地鐵 去哪都方便 下次再來天津還會考慮這裏 好評好評好評。門口有水果 煎餅 早餐什麼的

第一次寫評價 定的豪華大床給安排靠窗的位置 晚上睡覺好吵 第二天讓 重新安排一下 可能週末人多吧 位置沒變樓層從二樓變成了三樓 但是晚上睡覺還是好吵啊 外面那條街晚上車速真的很快 其他方面還好

選擇這家酒店是看中在周邊酒店點評分數比較高的，看來是沒有選錯，辦入住時工作人員就非常熱情，知道是來考試的特意安排了比較安靜的房間，還提示早餐的時間，而且點外賣還可以讓機器人送到房間門口，不得不提的銀耳羹，據説這是他們酒店的特色，熬製4.5個小時，真的很不錯，還有比較人性化的就是前台提供免費馬桶套，耳塞，好多東西是免費的，這點是非常不錯的，衞生早餐服務都是沒的説，周邊吃飯的也很方便距離地鐵還很近，看來這次沒選錯

第一次説維也納，體驗感真的很不錯！
1️⃣服務🍵
從門口保安到大堂每個人，都主動問好並且保持微笑，親和力超強！前台接待業務熟練，入駐手續很快就辦完了！等候時間很短！
2️⃣配套
先説停車場🅿️，他們酒店前後院都可以停車，車位還算充足，對於開車住店的人來説真的很友好，還有保安在停車場指揮，對於車技不好的我，真的很棒！
3️⃣環境🍃
一進酒店，雖然大堂不是很大，不過真的可以用明亮來形容，很乾凈，一塵不染有點誇張，但是整潔明亮這個詞用在他家真的是綽綽有餘！再説説客房衞生，我特別頭髮的存在，所以我很注重毛髮的清理，不過慶幸的是，我沒有看到一根毛髮，且床品浴巾沒看到污漬，真的管理很到位！
4️⃣早餐🍚
種類多，花樣也多，不能説很特別，但是足以勾起我的食慾，讓我吃撐，很好吃！個人很愛！！
如果下次讓我選擇，我還會選擇這家酒店，性價比真的很高！

出差在附近，看了網評選擇了這家酒店，進來第一感覺就是非常熱情，每個員工都面帶微笑，而且入住後還有銀耳雪梨羹，而且還是熱的這個太暖心了，從外面進到酒店就能感覺的温暖，還有機器人物，還有自助洗衣機，這個對於長期出差人來説太棒了，而且早餐種類也挺豐富的，有現煮的餛飩，還有紅豆粥，紅豆粥裏還有桂花的香氣。真的好喝。對於這個價位真的性價比超高。還給客人提供好多的日常用品，真的非常用心。下次有機會出差在這裏，還是會選擇這家。

年底入住這家酒店，服務態度很好，詢問問題很熱情解答，早餐品類豐富，多種多樣的，咖啡可以各種口味，廚師現煮小麪和餛飩也很棒，尤其是餛飩口味也不錯，食材都很新鮮，房間衞生打掃的也很仔細認真，住酒店主要就是舒適乾淨服務這幾點，可以推薦！！！對了 前台主管和小哥特別好，代收快遞和服務超棒。
