他家提供的礦泉水是娃哈哈，還會再來。服務超標、強超其他品牌酒店。離店時服務生給汽車加了一瓶玻璃水直接被貼心感動到無以言表。
房間設計不錯，但是可能沒有考慮到後期維護，導致很多衞生死角不易清潔。其中有一把造型椅很容易側翻、有安全隱患。辦理入住時，前台沒有問詢入住要求。安排的房間看出去是廠房頂，所以窗簾衹能緊關。
這次沒有體驗到早餐和下午茶，遺憾留給下次吧。

我説真的環境真的太好了，屋子裡五臟俱全什麼都有，很乾凈大落地窗智能馬桶還有送餐機器人，傢俱有設計感，冰箱裏有免費飲料，臨走塞了一堆伴手禮還給送出門口，服務太到位了，必須推薦！！

雲頤自在是我經常住的酒店，環境不錯，服務人員都非常有禮貌，有回家的感覺；早餐有美味的內蒙古口味羊湯和酥油茶；還有非常棒的休閑下午茶；距離萬象城、大劇院、博物館、圖書館都非常近，這次是為了看音樂會來住的，對於喜歡看劇看演出的我以後還會經常來住的。

五一天津兩日遊，面對眼花繚亂的酒店，選擇了離景區遠一些但是面積大評價高的雲頤。整體體驗非常好，房間寬敞乾淨，酒店裝修比較有特色，服務很周到，剛走到大門口就有人主動拿行李，辦理入住的時候熱茶就送到手上了，外出打車也非常有禮貌的幫忙開車門。床墊軟硬正好，有兩種枕頭都很舒服。另外早餐是真的很有特色，我一向吃西式早餐也沒忍住吃了羊肉、羊雜，同行的西北小夥伴表示羊雜是他離開家吃過的最好吃的。缺點的話，一是距離中心景區確實略遠，五一這種假期天津市區比較堵，遊玩還是會耽誤一些時間；再就是酒店早餐偏中式，西式的麪包種類少，咖啡機不是太好用，而且沒有牛奶，早餐咖啡愛好者體驗不佳。

住了N多次酒店，感覺這次最好，特別是服務是相當的貼心，從出門迎接，幫拿行李，上樓送行李一條龍服務👍環境也很好，還可以自助打印，第一天下午還給送了小蛋糕，寫了小卡片，很暖心，會介紹給身邊的朋友們❤
