The location was quite nice and overall facilities were satisfactory. However, room cleanliness needs to improve and my door bell kept ringing whenever i open and closed the doors.

The downside is that the hotel facilities are a bit old, the sofas and curtains in the room are not cleaned properly, the balcony door handle is broken and not repaired, and the restaurant is cold. No one is responsible for directing traffic, and no one greets guests.

The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The front desk and the hot spring attendant the next morning provided good service. Because I missed the hot spring time the day before, it was close to closing time when I went there. I wanted to take a look and take pictures of the hot spring rainforest, so I went there early after breakfast the next day. The attendant on duty at the hot spring immediately decided to open the door for me to go in and take pictures. Thank you!
