暖心！入住第三天遭遇大暴雨，不得已拎着鞋光着腳淌水回來的，一進酒店大廳，總枱正在忙着接待兩個團隊入住，其中一位前台帥哥小王看到我濕淋淋的光腳進來，立即遞過來一雙拖鞋，並細心的叮囑注意腳下，小心劃傷或滑倒，瞬間暖心破防，為他點贊！也感謝另一位前台靚妹小徐和後勤師傅，個個服務到位，百問不厭，店如其名，賓至如歸，10分好評，值得推薦，贊一個！

昏暗的房間，皮快掉光的水龍頭，半夜哇哇吐水的空調，撥不出去的座機，和接了電話半小時不解決問題的前台

在如家王頂堤店住了好幾天了，房間裏面有空調，可以隨時調節温度，每天提供兩瓶礦泉水，浴室有熱水洗澡，特別方便。

剛上高鐵，來評論一下這次旅途中體驗最佳的項目——住宿。以前衹知道如家酒店乾淨整潔，因為是連鎖酒店，安全性也有保障。這次卻是切實體會到這個名字的含義——如家，像家一樣。作為南大學生，畢業後第一次回津，從前台到主管都十分周到，熱情、妥帖、温文爾雅、默默幫助處理異鄉人的困難。尤其要十分感謝女性主管和高高瘦瘦的大哥，幫我尋地方冷凍了家鄉特產，我也有更多時間去休息。十分感謝！無論旅途在哪，如家一定是我的第一選擇。
