This hotel has convenient parking and free parking. The parking lot and underground garage are equipped with charging piles. The lobby is decorated in a classy style. The service staff is warm and friendly.

A very satisfying stay. The hotel is located in the new city area, with convenient transportation and many restaurants nearby, some of which are well-known locally. The rooms are spacious, clean, the breakfast is rich, and the housekeeping is enthusiastic! It's really good and worth recommending!

The room has a peculiar smell, and both bathrooms have a strong smell. The room is spacious, the executive suite does not have administrative services, and there is no children's toothbrush and toothpaste. I took the initiative to find the service desk because it was around 11:30 in the evening. After the call, 2 people checked and waited for the phone. It was not delivered for 15 minutes. The front desk told me that it might not be hung up. I rushed to the scenic spot in the morning, checked out early and had breakfast, and was told that the room card was needed. It was clearly stated that our process was wrong. After the negotiation, I was unhappy and agreed to register and enter the meal. The hotel process management is lacking, and the staff lacks service awareness. The overall experience is not good.

The location of the hotel is great, very close to the scenic area. I highly recommend Juyuanfang near the hotel. It is really delicious and a local snack that locals will line up for. The Big Waterfall and Guoqing Temple are worth recommending!

The best choice for Jiangsu and Zhejiang during the May Day holiday for 5 days! I left on 51 and drove from 7:30 to 16:30. The traffic was really congested! Fortunately, I was in a good mood after arriving. There were many parking spaces, both on the ground and underground. The room decoration was a bit old, but the facilities were easy to use. There were a lot of breakfast items. To be honest, the taste was average, but the fruit was good. There was also a difference in the 2-day stay. It was good to send fruit and yogurt every night! A short-haired waiter in the lobby should be the manager. He was very enthusiastic and helped press the elevator every day. When he saw that the elevator was busy, he took you to the employee elevator. Thumbs up!

The room is spacious and the sanitation is good. The hotel service is very good, and drinking water is delivered to the room immediately. The hotel is very close to the highway intersection, which is very convenient. Next to the hotel is the "Hai Xin Fang" hotel, which is a very cost-effective hotel. We stayed for another day because we were satisfied with the stay. I will stay in this hotel again when I go to Tiantai in the future.

The transportation is very convenient. It is opposite the commercial street and Xuji snacks. The staff is warm and service-oriented. When the baby checked in, they took the initiative to give a small gift of toiletries.

I will choose this place next time I come to Tiantai!

The room environment is OK, but I encountered a troublesome thing. When I checked in at night, the room was full of sandalwood smell. The waiter said it was requested by the previous guest, so I didn't care. I slept until midnight, and was woken up by the stench of the toilet. I asked in the morning and they said they would change rooms. I checked out immediately, but refunding is not a solution to the problem. In fact, if there is a problem, the customer should be informed in advance. The customer encountered an unpleasant experience without knowing it. It should be the hotel's problem. Later, I took a photo and found that the sandalwood should have been lit before I checked in to cover up the bad smell. It is recommended that the hotel solve the problem instead of covering it up. I believe I am not the first one to encounter it, and I also remind everyone to take precautions in advance!
