非常開心的行程 先去了国清寺參拜後才上山到酒店 很氣派 服務人員都很熱情 安排的也特別周到 還給升級了房型 房間很大 干淨舒適 視野非常好 在陽台上可以看到滿山的野花 蓝蓝的天空下 個個都像小精靈 晚餐連續兩晚都在酒店內 菜品精致 赏心悦目 還去了石梁飛瀑 15分鐘车程 很開心～

週末兩日來天台度假，入住星野。酒店的硬件舒適，員工培訓方面做的很到位。從駕車到達酒店，因酒店新能源的充電程序有些複雜，行李部的小夥子非常熱心地幫助操作並講解。checkin的時候，前台的小陳姑娘也是和藹可親，認真負責。有服務意識但又不打擾客人。餐廳的服務員也是能介紹菜品並和客人確認。前台的工作人員對於客人的任何諮詢回覆都很迅捷，，很有效率。大堂回房間的路有點像迷宮，有一次我走迷糊了，去大堂問了一下，小夥直接把我送到房間。
酒店的服務方面，細節之處，都能感受到培訓花了大力氣。是用心在服務客人。
早餐方面，雖然有不少客人吐糟簡單，但我能接受這樣的套餐形式。衹是日式套餐裏，米飯的質量再略微提高（日本人是很講究米的質量的，有句諺語“衹要有好吃的米飯和漬物，天天是好日。”），小菜不是鹹菜，換成大根等，也許會更日式。
酒店提供的旅拍，化粧師和攝影師都很盡責，也拍的不錯。
最後，要説的是，最近幾周，一直在蘇州等攜程，去哪兒網上金鑽水準的酒店入住。衹有國際連鎖型酒店，比如蘇州的四季，和星野，在客人離店之際，不會要求客人 寫五星好評，其他一律會委婉地提出這方面的要求。有些在客人離店後還會微信Push。
以後來天台，星野還會是我的第一選擇。

我們的房間被升級，酒店是日本星野集團，日式的貼心服務，日式早餐很棒，還有自助的餐枱。入住時的迎賓點心令人覺得格外愜意，距離石樑景區近。

星野是一直想來打卡的酒店，期待已久，禪意又不失大器的環境，服務的無微不至，中餐廳也好吃，如果想找個地方發呆這裏肯定是個好選擇，唯一有點不便就是去哪都要提前叫車，因為在半山中，車子選擇較少

酒店很贊，坐落在天台山，距離各大景區都很近，獨佔一個小山頭。設計風格跟杭州富陽的高爾夫酒店很像，又有天台的靈氣。裝修細節到位，服務貼心舒服，度假酒店面積雖大衞生還是搞的很好，乾淨整潔。門口的餐館菜式普通味道驚艷，還有酒店駐點的新鋭旅拍，都留下了美好回憶，值得體驗

基礎房型的設施很一般，建議預訂第二檔的房型。不管是面積還是設施都好很多。
酒店的服務裏麪包含了旅拍，送三張照片。旅拍的小姐姐和攝影師非常專業，也很熱情。我自己的衣服比較現代，攝影師建議我多拍室內場景，結果證明他是對的。如果想拍室外，建議穿中式或漢服，酒店總體的風格還是適合偏中式的風格。

服務非常貼心，驚喜的是 還幫忙升級了房間。房間有大陽台，衞生間特別大。早餐非常好吃。特別適合自駕遊。到華頂，石樑，瓊台景點都比較近。
