We had a nightmare start when Love Holidays who we booked through changed our hotel twice in less than 24 hours before the flight. It appears it was a twist of fate because we ended up staying at a gorgeous family run hotel where nothing was too much trouble. Accommodating from the word go; we didn’t even make it to reception before the owner was buying us a drink. I simply cannot fault the effort that everyone here went to in order to make us feel safe, comfortable and like family! Any small issues that your casual “hotel snob” might pick up on were irrelevant because of how kind and courteous everyone here is. Nothing was too much trouble. Even providing curry at 3am after a rather long night out in Tirana! Thank you to everyone at New W Hotel; you are a credit to the people of Albania and a shining example of how things should be done! We will be back

Donny, Edmund, Tani and family made our stay very special for our first visit to Albania. Nothing was too much trouble, the rooms and food were excellent too. We would highly recommend this family run hotel and also advise that you come and meet the friendly people of Albania. Thank you to all concerned for making it a wonderful experience!

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. We had a long day and a mishap with accommodation arrangements elsewhere and New W gave us rooms at a good rate and even though their kitchen had closed… They helped us order pizza from a pizza delivery shop… I think that was called perfect pizza… And it was wonderful… Good size rooms nicely presented…oh and the breakfast was great. 👍 ….. I cannot recommend more highly.:-)

The room was very clean - the whole hotel. The amenities were great - especially the bathroom. The real highlight though was the staff: very friendly, great service and always there! I will definitely choose New W again whenever I visit the city again!

Stopped here for 5 days in June as a lone traveller. Lovely hotel and lovely room (although they have names rather than numbers!) overlooking the mountain to the rear) The centre of Tirana Is about a 15 min leisurely walk although its easy enough to get a taxi.Excellent breakfast and evening meals available. Friendly English speaking staff om hand made it a pleasant stay. Would recommend
