The hotel is really beautiful, very nice location. The customer service is top notch, thanks to these two wonderful employees (Ano & Mborese) . You want to enjoy great spa experience? go there.Nice breakfast as well. In all I am happy with my experience.

The hotel is cozy From the metal key to the room design, everything has an antique feeling. The location is good. Cross the road, you can go to the busy center within 10 minutes walk. The elevator is very small and slow. Sometimes stairs is quicker.

The hotel is modern with an old fashioned twist, clean, spacious & the staff are more than accommodating. All staff spoken proficient English (thankfully as our Albanian was not up to scratch). They were all so helpful and hospitable and when we visit in the future, we’ll be back. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.

The experience is the best Ive ever seen. Staff is nice, everything is so magical. I really love albania. They helped me with the beaggages, the tours they are linked to, parking spots, room service breakfast, laundry etc all at a very cheap price

It was a pleasure stey with a kind harted staff and an exellent service. The breakfast was good, rooms was clean and very quiet. Near the hotel was a supermarket and also the bus station. I definitly recomand this hotel.

Alloggiare al Queen Hotel è stata la scelta migliore. Luogo elegante, rifinito in ogni posto. La grandezza delle stanze in giusto equilibrio con il mobilio, la pulizia degli ambienti impeccabile. La gentilezza disponibilità dei collaboratori è eccelsa. Le receptioniste belle delicate disponibili in ogni richiesta, grandi nell'essere MULTITASK, riuscendo a stare dalla reception al sevizio colazioni senza trascurare nulla. Tanti spazi a disposizione dei turisti, salottino a balcone coperto, sedie e tavolini a balcone scoperto. Punto strategico, vicino ad autostrada, a 50m dalla fermata del bus A1 che ti porta al centro al costo di 40lek Colazione alla carta NO SPRECO abbondante. PS BAR E SPA, (servizio con pagamento a parte) IN POCHE PAROLE CONSIGLIATISSIMO.

Prezzo giusto, servizio full, camera ben pulita, molto confortevole, colazione onesta, trovi addirittura spazzolino e dentifricio nuovi in camera quando ti accolgono, ben fatto. Posto auto. Personale mega cordiale ed educato… good!
