Worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel service. I stayed 2 nights there with no air conditions. Each time I ask the receptionist to fix it they claim that they will call for a technician, who never showed up till the end of our stay. Food at breakfast was so cheaply packed. Suger water claimed as “orange juice” smelly “scrambled” eggs. Last but not least, we had to pay 8€/pp to get access to the sauna and the pool. Their we found another surprise, a lot of dead flies were swimming beside us in the pool. When we asked the responsible of the pool about it, she said that she has communicated this information already “many times” to the hotel supervisor/manager, but they never reacted to it. Finally, while checking out , I mentioned all this problems we had during our stay and all he replied was “sorry for that!!!” Zero experience in handling such a business and it’s customers. Few people were smiling to our face. Albania deserve more hospitable people to welcome its guests :(

Mistakes at check-in, bed found with misplaced linen, bathroom tablecloths for children, finally the agency told me breakfast was included and they initially refused and granted it after insistence. I stayed because I needed it otherwise I would cancel the reservation.

Huge dirt trip and hotel These are just lies what Trip offers, we booked the hotel for 2 people and 176.fr three nights, Then we arrived at the hotel and then the CAOS started, arrived at the reception at 23:30, then they said that they had no free rooms and for 3 nights we had to pay taxes from the hotel additional 250euro, then he came with the, the hotel opposite is the same hotel and there is a room available after 2 hours, then they put us in a room with no window and super small and smelly the room and not clean, they offered us that for one night and then we get a suite for 2 nights, which we get. But the manager of the hotel promised that we would get the 50euro back the next day, but the manager was nowhere to be found because we slept one night in the hole room, There are videos and photos from the hotel 🤮🤮🤮🤮

At the reception, as mentioned in all the reviews, you have to leave a deposit of 100 euros and 8 euros per day per person for taxes ... and even if I said and showed that on the booking site it was written 1.70 per person, it is not imported nothing!! So it would be the case that the site itself updates because it's a joke!!! I had to add 32 euros to my booking so there wasn't all this convenience! The hotel as a whole looks good and is also clean but the rooms are small, the windowsills and shelves are broken, it's not really 4-star!! The very poor breakfast does not include coffee or tea or cappuccino but only cold milk and ace juice! If you have full board, dinner is not included, not even water can you choose the meal or that or that the à la carte menu is not included in the full board. Absurd!!! Then after all you don't eat badly either but it's very little to stay hungry!! Never seen such a thing!!! You dream of kindness!!

The room is exaggerated, there is no 30 square meters at all. In addition, there is an additional city tax of 4 euros per person. The deluxe room booked online has no air conditioner, and the room windows are closed. The hotel staff are unsympathetic. Staying in this hotel is like living in a prison.

From the beginning it has gone wrong. They didn't have our reservation. We have arrived at 3 pm and until 4 pm they have not given us the room, something that can have a pass, if they prepare it well and have the services that it boasts. In the room there was no hot water for showering, the refrigerator and the air conditioning did not work. They have changed us at 12 at night because they were going to fix everything, which has not happened. The room we were moved to was also pretty poor, it had mould, the shower faucet was broken and the light bulb in the bathroom had been ripped out. It was noted that it was "under construction". They have charged us 26 euros for the tourist tax when the voucher mentioned that it was 10. At breakfast 2 times they have tried to throw us out of there (we had breakfast included). At the time of leaving they wanted to charge the breakfast deposit of 100 euros (46 euros and then changed to 23 euros) and we had another fight. Of course we didn't pay because we had them included. They called the manager, we showed him the reservation, and the manager did not know how to read the reservation well because he also wanted to charge us, after a thousand explanations he understood that we had breakfast included, which by the way, when things run out they do not replace them and at 8 o'clock half tell you that you would have gone earlier (breakfast hours are from 7 to 10). In summary: A very rude receptionist who told us that for the little we had paid we could not complain. A building that is a ruin cataloged with 4 stars to which all are left over. The photos that appear on the web are false. Albania is a place with very friendly people and this place detracts from everything we have found in this country: they laughed every time we passed in Albanian so that we would not understand them, rooms that are more like shacks to rip off tourists and a staff Chabacano that works with a credit card with its unique changes from lek to euro that they do not have even in usury exchange houses. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this sewer to anyone. Quite an unpleasant experience with situations that are close to scam. A greeting and I hope you do not live this unpleasant experience.
